Anorexia & Bulimia Psychotherapy Group
The opportunity to connect with others who are experiencing an eating disorder and similar emotions of shame, hopelessness, or fear of judgment is tremendously helpful. Within a safe, supportive small group, we work to identify and explore the many factors that contribute to eating disordered behavior and body image concerns. Utilizing an interpersonal and educational group model, each member is helped to understand and resolve personal issues contributing to their specific eating disorder. This group is open to adult men and women (ages 18+) who are serious about working on their recovery from anorexia/bulimia. Consistent, weekly attendance is expected.
