Teen Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Glendale
The Teen Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) at Transitions Counseling and Consulting offers a focused course of group therapy for clients 13-17 years of age to facilitate rapid mental health recovery. Available both in-person and virtually, the 8–12-week program focuses on the principles of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). New skills are introduced each week with opportunities to practice them both during and between sessions within a supportive group environment. We also offer a weekly virtual parent group that teaches strategies for practicing DBT skills outside of the therapy setting to improve efficacy and support strong clinical outcomes.
