Overcoming Overeating Support Group
Eating Recovery Center (ERC) offers free support groups for those struggling with an eating disorder. The Overcoming Overeating Support Group is designed to support individuals recovering from binge eating disorder, bulimia, compulsive overeating, and related issues. Groups are available for alumni/family of ERC programs, patients/families in ERC Intensive Outpatient treatment and persons needing support in the community. Free and open to anyone 18 and older who is supporting a loved one in eating disorder recovery; including partners, parents, friends, siblings and other support persons. Groups are available for alumni/family of ERC programs, families in ERC Intensive Outpatient treatment and persons needing support in the community. No prior treatment or affiliation with Eating Recovery Center needed. These groups are ongoing, free support groups that focus on recovery. Group facilitators may shift based on staffing needs.
