Making the choice to seek mental health therapy takes courage and I am honored to be considered to walk beside you during this journey. We can work together as a team to clarify and/or establish your mental health goals and explore barriers that have previously kept those goals out of reach. I am trained in multiple evidence-based practices, treatment methods that are proven through research to work!
I have years of experience providing mental health therapy, diagnostic assessments, and case management. I am recognized as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and have extensive training in treating trauma and complex trauma. I often use EMDR and DBT (Dialectical Behavior) to help clients decrease their symptoms- let's find the best treatment for you.
