In therapy, I aim to create a collaborative partnership to achieve common goals. I work with older adolescents (16 and older) and adults. I am passionate about wellness care using mindfulness-based practices, self-reflection, and individual strengths.
I have a special interest in individuals who have experienced trauma, addictions, anxiety, and mood dysregulation disorders. Common therapeutic modalities that I use include, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
