Support Group for OCD Sufferers
The main objective of this free group is to help each member develop self-help skills in an atmosphere that offers emotional and practical support. The format consists of open discussion on a variety of topics, small group discussion to focus on individualized goal planning and an opportunity to socialize informally with other group members. Please call Dr. Linda Welsh before attending the first time to make sure the group will be beneficial for you. A support group for family members is held at the same time.
