Elevation Behavioral Health is a fully licensed residential treatment facility located in the affluent community of Agoura Hills, California. Located in Canyon Country near the beaches of Malibu, Elevation is licensed with the Department of Health Care Services and the Department of Social Services. The facility is co-owned and operated by Dr. Priya Chaudhri and Steven Booth, both individuals with extensive experience running high-end rehabs for over a decade. Clients at Elevation Behavioral Health live in luxurious accommodations and receive individualized treatment that is designed to help them develop a solid foundation of recovery using evidence-based methods of treatment. Clients with primary mental health diagnosis are treated as are those with co-occurring substance abuse issues.

We provide a full continuum of care at locations around the country, including residential treatment centers; a full suite of outpatient programming, with Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and outpatient services with a flexible number of days per week; telehealth; and alumni programming. All of our programs have received accreditation from the Joint Commission for Behavioral Healthcare, the nation’s most respected healthcare accreditation body. Our continuing care program provides ongoing support through virtual sessions, and our robust Alumni department keeps former clients connected through online and in-person events and support groups. Whether an adolescent needs a higher level of care, is stepping down from residential care and needs continued structure and community in our Partial Hospitalization Program, or needs several days per week of after-school support through our outpatient services option, our range of programming meets each young person and family where they are.

We specialize in teens battling depression, anxiety, trauma, emotion dysregulation, high-risk/self-harm behaviors, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, ADHD, addiction, suicidal ideation, and other emotional/behavioral issues. Evolve treats teens—and teens only. Our treatment approach emphasizes Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, along with other evidence-based modalities such as Seeking Safety, Relapse Prevention, Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy and 12-Step support programs. Our goal is genuine recovery that lasts long after your child leaves treatment. Evolve’s robust residential program includes individual and family therapy, psychiatry, group therapy, experiential therapies (e.g. equine, art, music, drama, meditation, yoga, etc.) and 24/7 skills-coaching.
