The Meadowglade in Moorpark, CA is CARF-accredited and offers multiple levels of tailored, evidence-based treatment, ranging from residential inpatient, providing an oasis of healing set on 24 acres, to our outpatient treatment with full day or half day programming located in our state of art center nearby. The Meadowglade Outpatient Center is easily accessible from locations throughout the Conejo Valley, including nearby Simi Valley, Calabasas, Westlake Village and Thousand Oaks. The Meadowglade Outpatient Center provides comprehensive, evidence-based mental health services. We customize programming to lead you on to a path to wellness from various conditions ranging from trauma and depression to PTSD and co-occurring disorders, among others. As an integrative and holistic program, we offer programming based on your specific needs. Our comprehensive programs include full-day Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and half-day Intensive Outpatient (IOP), catering to the needs of all our clients. At Iris Healing Retreat, our clinical & medical team work closely together to create an individualized treatment plan designed to treat the whole person - Mind, Body, and Spirit. We address our clients addiction problem on a deeper level by simultaneously healing underlying mental health issue(s) or past trauma's. Iris Healing Retreat is well known for specializing in caring for clients considered to be 'dual-diagnosis'. We employ Doctorate-level clinicans and Reputable Psychiatrists to address the mental health component, and utilize the latest in available technology to heal any underlying traumas that our clients may have. Embark Behavioral Health operates an exceptional network of treatment and therapy programs across the United States. We specialize in preteens, teens, and young adults, struggling with anxiety, depression, and other mental health and substance abuse issues.
