Optimum Performance Institute (OPI), named BEST IN TREATMENT by Psychology Today, is a therapeutic transitional living program for young adults ages 17-28. OPI participants live in homey, fully-staffed apartments. There are no more than two participants per bedroom; men and women live separately. The apartment complexes are complete with swimming pools and workout rooms for participant use. Young adults come to OPI to overcome mental health challenges and move forward in life. These struggles may include depression, anxiety, "failure to launch", substance abuse, Asperger's syndrome, bipolar disorder, learning disabilities, and co-occurring disorders. Our participants are high achievers with the ability to succeed. Some have been unable to build a positive sense of self, while others need support with social skills, life skills, and overcoming mental health challenges. Whatever the reason for seeking help, OPI participants will leave with a greater understanding of self and more confidence in their ability to be successful on their own.

Partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient for those experiencing mental health or dependency concerns. Our psychiatrist provides evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management services. We offer individual, group, and family therapy services.

At Iris Healing Retreat, our clinical & medical team work closely together to create an individualized treatment plan designed to treat the whole person - Mind, Body, and Spirit. We address our clients addiction problem on a deeper level by simultaneously healing underlying mental health issue(s) or past trauma's. Iris Healing Retreat is well known for specializing in caring for clients considered to be 'dual-diagnosis'. We employ Doctorate-level clinicans and Reputable Psychiatrists to address the mental health component, and utilize the latest in available technology to heal any underlying traumas that our clients may have. In fact, Iris utilizes Brainspotting, the latest and greatest technology available for the treatment of trauma. At Iris Healing Center's Intensive Outpatient Program, we offer a diverse clinical program designed to benefit each of our clients as much as possible. All of our primary therapists are either Doctoral or Masters level educated, and have many years of experience working in the field of Addiction and Mental Health treatment. Additionally, they are all specially trained in Brainspotting - a highly effective clinical modality used for trauma treatment and resolution of trauma symptoms. Our evidence-based groups and sessions, groups like Breathwork, Rock to Recovery, and Guided Meditation are also included in the program at Iris Healing Center.

Welcome to California Family Counseling - CalFam - a community mental health center in Chatsworth, California and throughout California via telehealth. We offer Couples Counseling and Family Therapy AT NO CHARGE, and Individual Therapy on a sliding scale, based on ability to pay. For 50 years, CalFam has been providing a safe, compassionate and confidential place for people from all walks of life to find the help they need. Services are provided by pre-licensed therapists supervised by fully licensed therapists. Openings are available for children (6+), adolescents, and adults through telehealth for all California residents. The counseling center offices are due to reopen in January 2022.

TTC provides a full continuum of adult and youth substance use disorders treatment services, including inpatient medical detoxification, residential detoxification, psychiatric stabilization, residential and outpatient rehabilitation, and an array of mental illness treatment services both inpatient and outpatient. We are also well versed in the care of those suffering from both mental illness and substance use disorders. TTC integrates behavioral health services into all our primary and specialty care clinics and integrates primary care into all of our behavioral health services. TTC provides services for mental illness to all age groups and provides supportive services that include housing, benefits assistance and transportation. Guided by population-health metrics and patient-centered care standards, TTC provides integrated services that are coordinated, comprehensive and team-based. ROWI Kids Encino is a comprehensive mental health facility for children ages 8-12. ROWI Kids is a part of ROWI Teen & Parent Wellness Centers. We are clinician-owned and operated, with 14 locations across Southern California. Our Kids program includes individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and psychiatric care (PHP only). In addition, we provide art, fitness, mindfulness, music, UCLA's "PEERS" social skills program, and other holistic therapies. We offer full-day (Partial Hospitalization) and after-school (Intensive Outpatient) services for children experiencing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, suicidal ideation, school avoidance, ADHD, trauma, gender identity issues, and more. We also offer an inclusive program for kids with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
