At Eden, we understand the complex challenges faced by women struggling with eating disorders and we are here to help you find the strength that exists within to effect change in your life. Our goal is that you leave our program with the tools and ability to create a meaningful life of your own. To this end, in addition to our Residential Program, We have created a safe and secure environment for you to heal in our Outpatient (OP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Partial Hospitalization (PHP) setting. We are fully staffed for the support you will need on your journey. Our program has a small milieu that allows for a targeted approach based on your current needs. This means there will always be multiple staff members available to support your journey.

Sunrise is a group of residential treatment centers for adolescent and teen girls in Utah. Teenage girls come to Sunrise to find healing as they learn to regulate their emotions and successfully manage daily life tasks with increased independence – all while continuing their education. Sunrise’s treatment programs are strength-based, working closely with each student to develop strengths and harness her gifts, passions, and talents. Their vision is for every Sunrise girl to have a life of emotional balance and independence.

We specialize in preteens, teens, and young adults, struggling with anxiety, depression, and other mental health and substance abuse issues. Optimum Performance Institute (OPI), named BEST IN TREATMENT by Psychology Today, is a therapeutic transitional living program for young adults ages 17-28. OPI participants live in homey, fully-staffed apartments. There are no more than two participants per bedroom; men and women live separately. The apartment complexes are complete with swimming pools and workout rooms for participant use. Young adults come to OPI to overcome mental health challenges and move forward in life. These struggles may include depression, anxiety, "failure to launch", substance abuse, Asperger's syndrome, bipolar disorder, learning disabilities, and co-occurring disorders. Our participants are high achievers with the ability to succeed. Some have been unable to build a positive sense of self, while others need support with social skills, life skills, and overcoming mental health challenges. Whatever the reason for seeking help, OPI participants will leave with a greater understanding of self and more confidence in their ability to be successful on their own.

We accept all major insurance, and up to 100 percent of our services are covered. We provide a full continuum of care at locations around the country, including residential treatment centers; a full suite of outpatient programming, with Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and outpatient services with a flexible number of days per week; telehealth; and alumni programming. All of our programs have received accreditation from the Joint Commission for Behavioral Healthcare, the nation’s most respected healthcare accreditation body. Our continuing care program provides ongoing support through virtual sessions, and our robust Alumni department keeps former clients connected through online and in-person events and support groups. Whether an adolescent needs a higher level of care, is stepping down from residential care and needs continued structure and community in our Partial Hospitalization Program, or needs several days per week of after-school support through our outpatient services option, our range of programming meets each young person and family where they are.
