Seven Stars helps boys and girls, ages 13 through 18, struggling with neurodevelopmental issues including autism and aspergers, executive function deficits (ADHD/ADD) and learning disorders (language-based, verbal and nonverbal). These neurodevelopmental issues, such as autism and aspergers, are thought to be a primary cause of emotional and behavioral disturbance and presenting issues. Examples of issues that students struggle with include developmental immaturity, academic difficulties, social difficulties, technology addiction or overuse, rigidity, and executive function deficits. The families we work with are seeking assessments and treatment for theses issues and challenges.

At Alliance Clinical Services, we approach individuals with issues in an open-minded way. We accept them for who they are and the issues that they have in life. We treat all clients with respect and dignity, regardless of the depths or seriousness of their situation. We work in alliance with the client and family members, along with referring agencies, such as clergy, courts, probation officers, case managers and others concerned in the life of the client. This alliance helps the client gain the necessary skills in life to lead a joyful, value-based, offense-free lifestyle. We encourage the client to make empathetic decisions regarding all those he/she associates with, especially family and friends, so that relationships will cause no harm to self or others. Therapeutic goals address personal issues and mental health issues, and will aid in helping the client gain and maintain healing interpersonal connections.

Forte Strong is a Failure to Launch program specifically designed to give your son the independent living skills and confidence he needs to succeed in life and achieve independence in 6 months. We get your son off the couch, out of the house and ready to take on the world! Failure to launch syndrome is categorized by the inability of young adults to leave home and become independent. We use a proprietary and results based coaching method to neutralize anxiety and promote confidence, creating monumental changes within our students in a very short amount of time. In fact, it is common for parents to see marked improvement in just a few months. How we do it is simple; we only use what works. With over 18 years of combined experience, we've learned what is crucial for your son's development and we get right to work.

Emerge Treatment is a comprehensive and holistic day treatment facility designed to address the mental health needs of young women between the ages of 18 and 30. With a focus on the well-being of the whole person, Emerge offers a 60 to 90-day program that provides individual counseling, group therapy, skill-building, and physical-health based approaches.

Advanced Awareness Counseling, is a DHS licensed Outpatient Mental Health facility and group private practice. Our qualified mental health providers have been selected for their outstanding educational credentials, experience in the field, client care principles, and high integrity and experience in their particular fields of specialty. Our therapists have expertise in the area of LGBTQ+, particularly Transgender/Gender Non-Conforming/Gender Identity/Gender Dysphoria, Faith Crises or Faith Transitions, Minority Issues, Women's Issues, Trauma, Couples/Marriage Counseling, and more! Conversational Spanish Speaking services also offered. We specialize in working with gender spectrum clients and we openly and willingly write WPATH standard compliant letters for all procedures and for insurance company approvals for the transgender community. We also specialize in evaluating for and writing Emotional Support Animal letters.

Most students that attend Alpine Academy experience severe anxiety and/or depression. This impedes their ability to function successfully at home, in school, and with friends. Trauma has touched their lives in such a way that many have a hard time getting to the root of the problem and learning to express their overwhelming emotions in a healthy manner. Typically our students are bright and capable in school, but emotional disturbances prevent them from being successful in the classroom and in relationships with peers. Oftentimes this leads to them avoiding school and in-person social interaction, opting instead to immerse themselves in the online world of social media and gaming. Our students tend to implode rather than explode, and self-harm and suicidal thoughts, gestures, and attempts may become ways they have coped with their pain. Generally, Alpine students have a strong desire to be able to return to the hobbies, interests, and activities that they used to enjoy doing.

Engage is a therapeutic environment located footsteps away from Southern Utah University in Cedar City, Utah, and minutes away from the mountains. Engage’s purpose is to provide therapeutic support for young adults struggling with attachment distress, and relational trauma that is often creating emotional and relational challenges. These challenges may be depression, anxiety, loneliness, and lack of purpose. An Engage candidate is a young adult that is stalled in the developmental process of establishing a separate and independent life from their parents. Our participant is struggling with relational trauma, anxiety, depression, moderate substance abuse and a potential emerging personality disorder that are creating significant barriers to move into healthy independence.

The latin word for LIGHT is LUMOS... our mission at Lumos Youth Counseling is to shed LIGHT within each client on the path to recovery and happiness from the turmoils of adverse mental health issues. Lumos Youth Counseling services is dedicated to serving children with autism, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, mood disorders, personality disorders and addiction recovery issues. We provide Day Treatment and Intensive OutPatient programming for youth ages 10-17. Our OutPatient programming for step down purposes. STAR Guides is an outdoor therapeutic program designed for youth and young adults who are struggling with problematic sexual behavior. STAR Guides provides families with navigation through these challenges. Regardless of past behaviors, we believe that all youth can learn to achieve healthy sexuality. Research suggests that for many, sexual problematic behavior first begins during the adolescent years. STAR Guides helps youth to deal with these problems while they are still young. Many youth in today's modern world find themselves lost and in need of direction as they attempt to navigate the thick darkness that accompanies sexual behavior problems. Just as the ancient peoples of the world, they are in need of STAR Guides. Based in beautiful St. George, Utah the program provides teens and young adults with a high impact, life-changing therapeutic wilderness experience in the heart of the majestic red rock of the high desert of Southern Utah. STAR Guides is the ideal intervention for individuals needing to learn to manage problematic sexual behaviors that they have been unable to manage previously.
