Nestled in Utah’s Wasatch Mountain Range, we specialize in providing gender-specific care to those struggling with substance use disorders (SUDs) and underlying mental health conditions. Our spacious mountain-style residences in Park City and Heber City offer individuals a refuge where they can process their experiences and start over in sobriety while receiving comprehensive, compassionate care.

We provide a full continuum of care at locations around the country, including residential treatment centers; a full suite of outpatient programming, with Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and outpatient services with a flexible number of days per week; telehealth; and alumni programming. All of our programs have received accreditation from the Joint Commission for Behavioral Healthcare, the nation’s most respected healthcare accreditation body. Our continuing care program provides ongoing support through virtual sessions, and our robust Alumni department keeps former clients connected through online and in-person events and support groups. Whether an adolescent needs a higher level of care, is stepping down from residential care and needs continued structure and community in our Partial Hospitalization Program, or needs several days per week of after-school support through our outpatient services option, our range of programming meets each young person and family where they are.

Center for Change is a place of hope and healing that is committed to helping those suffering from eating disorders break free and fully recover. The Center offers intensive treatment for eating disorders and co-occurring issues, including a specialty program for co-occurring diabetes (ED-DMT1), and provides a full continuum of care: Inpatient, Residential, Partial Hospitalization Program, Intensive Outpatient Program, and Outpatient therapeutic and dietary services. The Center also offers an Outpatient Medical & Psychiatric Clinic to address the unique needs of people experiencing the effects of an eating disorder – either past or present. Seven Stars helps boys and girls, ages 13 through 18, struggling with neurodevelopmental issues including autism and aspergers, executive function deficits (ADHD/ADD) and learning disorders (language-based, verbal and nonverbal). These neurodevelopmental issues, such as autism and aspergers, are thought to be a primary cause of emotional and behavioral disturbance and presenting issues. Examples of issues that students struggle with include developmental immaturity, academic difficulties, social difficulties, technology addiction or overuse, rigidity, and executive function deficits. The families we work with are seeking assessments and treatment for theses issues and challenges.

Sunrise is a group of residential treatment centers for adolescent and teen girls in Utah. Teenage girls come to Sunrise to find healing as they learn to regulate their emotions and successfully manage daily life tasks with increased independence – all while continuing their education. Sunrise’s treatment programs are strength-based, working closely with each student to develop strengths and harness her gifts, passions, and talents. Their vision is for every Sunrise girl to have a life of emotional balance and independence.

The philosophy of New Beginnings is a multifaceted and collaborative approach based on Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Using true client centered methods, interventions and treatments are tailored to focus on patterns of thinking that are maladaptive and the beliefs that undermine such thinking. Our treatment process is two fold: (1) helping our clients make true internal change through exploring and healing emotional scars, while (2) helping our clients extinguish and replace overt behaviors through external modification, resulting in the overall corrective emotional experience.

Havenwood Academy, a long-term residential treatment center in Southern Utah, specializes in treating young women who are struggling with complex trauma and attachment related issues. We work with (assigned female at birth) children from age 12 to 18 and often work with adoptive families.

Embark Behavioral Health is a leading network of exceptional treatment and therapy programs across the United States. We specialize in preteens, teens, and young adults, struggling with anxiety, depression, and other mental health and substance abuse issues. Our programs include in-home treatment, virtual coaching and counseling, outpatient clinics, that offer intensive outpatient programs (IOPs), and therapeutic day treatment programs, also known as a partial hospitalization program (PHPs), wilderness therapy, short-term residential treatment programs, long-term residential treatment, therapeutic boarding schools, and young adult transitional living options.

Detox is the process of getting the drugs or alcohol out of the system and treating any uncomfortable withdrawal symptoms that may occur. The amount of time a client remains in our detox varies on a number of factors. These includes the severity of the dependency or addiction, what amounts of certain drugs are in the system, the type of drug and how long it takes to get medically stabilized. Medical detoxification involves administering and prescribing a series of medications to help minimize withdrawal and cravings, and constant assessment from medical professionals.

At Renaissance Ranch, we are one of the few drug treatment centers in Utah that provides a gender-specific therapeutic environment. Our Utah drug rehab for men program provides the appropriate setting for men to deal directly with their substance abuse issues. It is important that distractions are removed so that each client can work through each of the 12 steps and get to a strong level of sobriety. Our Utah treatment center's therapeutic community provides a safe, healing environment for our client. Getting to the core of each client's issues is key to their sobriety. At Youth Care Treatment Center, we understand that adolescents have unique needs when it comes to behavioral health treatment. At our campus, we offer age-appropriate care through our adolescent partial hospitalization program (PHP) in Draper, Utah. We provide treatment for young people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), conduct disorders, and attachment disorders. Adolescents ages 13-18 can participate in our PHP and receive targeted therapeutic interventions for nine hours per day, five days per week. This treatment option is ideal for young people who don’t require round-the-clock residential care but would still benefit from intensive therapies. At Youth Care, we understand that every young person's healing journey is unique. Therefore, we believe in personalizing their treatment plan as much as possible. Every adolescent’s experience is different, but most young people participate in our PHP for four to five months. In our PHP, adolescents can engage in several different therapies, such as individual therapy up to three times a week, family therapy once a week, and daily group therapies.

ACT offers structured evidence based program for all levels of acuity; from inpatient detox to Intensive Outpatient Services. ACT patients experience a variety of treatment modalities tailored to the individual and their needs. Patients are seen on an inpatient basis, residential which is housed in the ACT stand-alone residential facility and outpatient services. Patients will participate in all transitional program components. Patients participate in treatment groups, psychoeducational groups, individual counseling, structured activities, and other treatment components.
