Our clinical team is comprised of licensed substance use disorder counselors and licensed professional counselors (LCDC and LPC) as well as interns. We provide a wide variety of treatment programs that fit an Individual's needs. We believe strongly in individualized treatment. Because of this, we offer a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and Supportive Outpatient Program (SOP) as well as Individual counseling and support groups for adults and adolescents facing emotional difficulties and mental health problems.

The ARISE RECOVERY CENTERS IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) was created to provide our clients with affordable, transparent, individualized, best practice, and effective drug & alcohol treatment while staying grounded in the principles of 12 step recovery. We work with each individual to heal their mind, body, and spirit, as they develop new life skills that result in long-term recovery.

Heights Treatment offers several levels of care to fit the needs of each individual in their recovery journey. Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is the most intensive level of treatment with programming 5 days per week, approximately 6 hours per day. This outpatient option allows clients to benefit from a high level of clinical care and support with the luxury of living in their own home or sober living environment. Clients who seek a slightly less intensive level of care may choose our Intensive Oupatient Program (IOP), which is offered 3-5 days per week, for 3 hours per day. Just as in PHP, clients receive group therapy each day they attend treatment, with topics that range from DBT skills, healthy relationships, recovery skills, emotional, spiritual, and relational sobriety, and grief and loss. The least intense level of care offered at Heights Treatment is our Outpatient Program (OP). This program is designed for the client who is in need of additional support while they return to full-time work and/or daily living. Our Outpatient Program is then a great option for continuing care after the completion of IOP or PHP.

The Menninger Solutions team helps adults and their families gain the tools to deal with their substance use and co-dependency. More importantly, they walk with each client and family so they may gain the confidence and resources for living their most meaningful life. The intensive outpatient treatment program facilitates establishing healthy recovery and strengthening the important relationships between family members. Clients also work on their relationship with their Higher Power and new 12-step communities.

Red River Hospital is a premier outpatient treatment center for adults and adolescents who have behavioral health concerns. We offer intensive outpatient programs (IOPs) for adults and adolescents who need structured support but do not require a more intensive service like an inpatient program. Patients who participate in our IOP may step up or step down from a different level of care, or they may enter treatment directly at the IOP level. People usually participate in our IOP services for about three to five weeks. This participation consists of five days of on-site programming each week for three hours a day. During this time, you or your loved one may benefit from therapeutic activities like experiential therapies, daily group therapy sessions, medication management, and individual and family therapies. Our intensive outpatient programming serves adults who have mental illnesses and certain addictions along with adolescents who have a variety of behavioral health concerns. We offer diverse treatment modalities to meet our patients’ needs, including 12-Step programming, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy.

Positive Recovery Centers in Jersey Village offers an intensive outpatient program tailored to individuals who do not require residential treatment and those who need continued support after residential care. This structured, supportive program offers classroom education, group discussion, individual counseling and aftercare. The group and individual sessions help clients address the core issues surrounding their addictions and develop the skills necessary to lead active lives in sobriety. Spiritual awareness, relapse prevention, coping skills, Twelve Step meetings, and family education are just a few of the highlights of the program.

The common theme from thousands of clients was their use of substances to escape the symptoms often triggered by painful memories and flashbacks of past events. Clients also didn’t view many of their past events such as accidents, divorce, injuries, medical issues, jail, etc. as traumatic events. They simply thought a traumatic event was abuse and war. The common misconception of clients and families is blaming current mental health symptoms or current events as the cause of the addictions. This couldn’t be further from the truth. We have never treated anyone where the current symptoms or problems were the causal factor for their addictions. ADULT and ADOLESCENT PHP/IOP Programs available for individuals, 13-18 years or older, who have been diagnosed with a psychiatric condition and/or an addiction. PHP addresses the needs of patients whose symptoms do not require the intensity of a 24-hour inpatient program, but still need more support than provided by individual outpatient therapy. Includes Medication Management and Evaluations by a Board Certified Psychiatrist. IOP stands for Intensive Outpatient Program. IOP tends to be a best fit for those who do not need inpatient level of care but when symptoms require greater therapeutic support than what can be achieved in the individual outpatient counseling. IOP is structured psychotherapy in a small group format. Group settings are effective in developing self-awareness, emotional management, and social awareness.
