We offer a Holistic Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Knoxville, Chattanooga, Blount County &Tri-Cities ages 10+. Learn how to regulate your emotions in a small, personal, group therapy program in a home setting. We offer a non-institutionalized setting, that is peaceful and relaxing. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is embedded in our program. DBT is evidenced based and effective in reducing impulsive and reactive behavior. As part of the program, we offer holistic, mindfulness activities weekly. Our group treatment is offered three hours a day, three days a week for 7.5 weeks (24 sessions). New Directions Wellness Center has been in the Nashville area for over 10 years providing outpatient counseling services. We specializes serving teens and adults in the Nashville area. We take a values-driven, but secular, approach to working with our clients focusing on not just their chief complaint but supporting every aspect of their life.
