Water Gap Wellness serves individuals who have a primary mental health diagnosis, substance use disorder or co-occurring disorder. All clients receive intensive clinical therapy regardless of whether they have completed inpatient or residential treatment for a mental health, behavioral health, and/or substance use disorder. Clients benefit from a comprehensive, structured level of step-down support that fosters transition to a more independent lifestyle.

Center for Families (CFF), a valued member of the Newport Healthcare family of programs, provides guidance, awareness, and education for families in local communities around mental health and substance use struggles. We lead teens ages 13-17 and families to sustainable healing through a continuum of care that includes our Therapeutic Day Program/PHP, Intensive Outpatient Program, and outpatient services. In CFF’s treatment programs, teens begin to build strong relationships, learn and practice healthy coping skills, grow their personal self-worth, and reestablish trust and communication with themselves and their loved ones. Our approach blends behavioral and medical treatment (integrated care) and provides both clinical and experiential modalities (integrative care). Each of our treatment programs encompasses evidence-based and solutions-focused components. Through support groups, clinical therapy, and psychoeducation, we involve the entire family in the healing journey - creating connection, cultivating compassion, igniting hope, and generating lasting change.

At Huntington Creek Recovery Center, we provide personalized treatment for adolescents ages 13-18 and adults age 18 and older who are struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring concerns. As part of your individualized care in our residential program, you may participate in our on-site medical detox services. Detox, which can be a necessary first step for those who are battling addictions, can help you safely rid your body of harmful substances. Each client’s length of participation in detox programming is determined on an individual basis. Detox program duration can depend on the details of a person’s substance use, such as the amount of drugs or alcohol they have been consuming. At our treatment center, our mission is to provide detox programming that can help you lay the groundwork for lasting recovery. We understand that each person has unique life experiences, and we are committed to treating those in our care with the utmost respect and compassion. Cove Forge Behavioral Health provides a partial hospitalization program (PHP) for adults age 18 and older who are struggling with addictions and co-occurring mental health concerns. Many patients enter this level of care following residential treatment, but some people enter our PHP directly. Individuals reside in housing at our residential location in Williamsburg, Pennsylvania, and take part in programming for six hours per day, seven days a week, for a minimum of 14 days. However, each person's individual needs determine their actual length of stay. Patients in our PHP can benefit from a variety of services, which may include medication management; individual, family, group, and experiential therapies; and specialized recovery groups. Topics covered in groups may include relapse prevention strategies, stress management, building healthy relationships, and coping skills. Individuals in our PHP can also take advantage of our music groups, spirituality groups, gym time, and structured daily activities.

At The Nourished Nest Foundation, our mission is to provide access to mental health resources and support for all members of our community. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to live a healthy and fulfilling life, free from the stigma of mental illness & within a budget they can afford. The Nourished Nest Foundation is an Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and traditional outpatient therapy program. We treat primary mental health conditions utilizing the latest evidence-based therapies to help you find sustainable healing from mental illness. We offer both in-person, remote, and hybrid tracks to fit with your needs. We don't believe the commitments of everyday life should prevent someone from seeking the help they need.

Opioid addiction can negatively impact virtually every part of a person’s life. In addition to damaging a person’s physical and mental health, an untreated opioid addiction can also undermine their ability to maintain healthy relationships, make appropriate progress in school or at work, establish financial independence, and otherwise fully engage in a satisfying lifestyle. Thankfully, opioid addiction is a treatable condition. Several decades of research has documented the effectiveness of medication-assisted treatment, or MAT, in helping people end their opioid use and remain in recovery. MAT uses prescription medications that can ease some of the more severe symptoms of opioid withdrawal. These medications allow MAT patients to stop using opioids without experiencing the overwhelming distress that would occur if they tried to end their substance abuse on their own. MAT patients also participate in counseling. The counseling component of MAT addresses the social and behavioral aspects of opioid addiction and recovery. Counseling can help MAT patients understand the root causes of their struggles with opioid addiction and identify triggers that could threaten their recovery.

While some methadone clinics only offer one type of medication to treat opioid addiction, our CTC provides Suboxone and buprenorphine in addition to methadone. We recognize that an opioid addiction can affect numerous areas of someone’s life, which is why MAT at our CTC includes individual and group counseling in addition to medication. While some methadone clinics might offer one type of medication for patients, our CTC can provide methadone, naltrexone, or Suboxone depending on your individual needs.
