Downtown Portland Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) offers outpatient treatment for adults age 18 and older who are struggling with addictions to opioids. Our CTC is located in Portland, Oregon, and specializes in providing medication-assisted treatment (MAT), which combines the use of prescription medication with counseling. Many methadone clinics only have a single medication option, but we offer a comprehensive range of medications. These include buprenorphine, Vivitrol, and Suboxone, in addition to methadone. When someone abruptly stops opioid use, they may experience distressing symptoms, such as anxiety, muscle aches, nausea, and intense cravings. The medications used in MAT can alleviate these symptoms and help people remain focused on their recovery. In addition to medication, we also provide individual and group counseling sessions, which are led by qualified professionals who can assist you as you work toward recovery from an opioid addiction.

Hazelden Betty Ford's residential alcohol and drug addiction treatment center for men and women is located 25 miles outside of Portland in Newberg, Oregon. We have so many fond memories of the lives saved and improved by the power of our nature-based, relational, trauma informed programming.   Over the last couple of years many barriers came up that limited access to our services, including lack of funding sources, a negative spotlight on outdoor therapy, and Oregon legislation. We recognize that students and families are in need. Our community fought admirably to limit these barriers and bring the highest quality of mental health care to our young people and families.

Medford Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) in Medford, Oregon, offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for adults age 18 and older who are suffering from opioid addictions. MAT is evidence-based and can be very effective in helping people achieve recovery from opioid use disorder. Some methadone clinics only offer one type of medication to treat opioid addiction, but we provide methadone, buprenorphine, or Suboxone, depending on the patient's needs. These medications can lessen severe and painful withdrawal symptoms and reduce opioid cravings. Our treatment center aims to address addiction's physical and emotional aspects together. Medication-assisted treatment at our CTC combines prescription medication with individual and group therapy to provide a comprehensive care plan that can help you heal. Therapy sessions can help you identify triggers, build coping skills, and practice stress management as you discover your resilience and strength.

Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy (EFP) are therapy sessions for personal growth and treatment for those with mental disorders. Sessions are available to adults and adolescents and can be in an individual or group therapy setting. The Therapy Team consists of a Mental Health Therapist (certified with EAGALA- Equine Assisted Growth And Learning Association), the Equine Specialist (certified with PATH), and at least one horse. Clients interact with the horses in order to promote growth and learning.

NeuStart Psychiatry was created from the need to provide professional mental health services to our community by using evidenced based practice treatment in combination with comprehensive psychiatry services. We provide comprehensive mental health services to serve a growing community need. We also provide treatment flexibility with the availability of TelePsych therapy sessions in order to create service sustainability and continuity when busy lives get in the way.

Do you have an eating disorder? We offer Free Support Groups, Individual, Marriage and Family Counseling as well as Art Therapy to help with eating disorders of all kinds at our Center. We also offer therapy for issues other than eating disorders such as for problems with anxiety, depression, grief, addictions, sex abuse and for relationship and family difficulties. We are a State Certified Mental Health Clinic and have some of the most experienced therapists in the area, as well as Registered Interns. We also work closely with Psychiatrists, Primary Care Physicians, Registered Dietitians and an Eco-Therapy Center to provide Team Treatment specific to you.

Our facility serves adults for Substance Abuse and Mental Health For children and teens we offer Mental Health services.

Our clientele includes those who have experienced developmental or systemic trauma, interpersonal abuse, sexual assault, organizational abuse, and/or those who have experienced a single incident trauma such as a car accident or fire. ITTC works well with those who are generally stable in their lives and are ready for the hard work of working through past hurts. Those who may not have responded well to talk therapy alone can incorporate the body and spirit in their recovery process by utilizing trauma-informed yoga, mindfulness and other modalities for treatment incorporating the whole person.
