Trafalgar Addiction Treatment Centres is a CARF accredited, private, residential & virtual intensive outpatient (VIOP) rehab facility offering client centred treatment of alcoholism, cocaine, cannabis, heroin (substance abuse), and other addictive behaviours such as gambling, gaming, internet surfing, pornography and sex. Our treatment approach is collaborative, flexible, and individualized to engage clients into meaningful, client centred treatment goals. Trafalgar provides a concurrent disorder focus to treating addiction and the underlying mental health. Most people suffering from addiction also suffer from a coexisting disorder ie, depression, anxiety, trauma or PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder) etc.

No two individuals with eating disorders are exactly alike. At The Balanced Practice, we use an individualized approach to meet you where you are. On top of this we add a full complement of daily sessions focusing on topics like Anxiety & Depression, Grief and Loss, Self-Esteem, Anger, Co-Dependency, Trauma, 12 steps, Self-Care, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation, and Relapse Prevention. Our Individualized program allows us to address your specific situation and circumstances. We offer program lengths of 30, 60, 90, or 120 days for both men and women as it is a proven fact that longer treatment lengths increase positive treatment outcomes.
