We are the sole comprehensive treatment program for eating disorders in southeastern North Carolina, with both outpatient and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) services. Because expert level care is important to us, we employ the only Certified Eating Disorders Specialists in the region to address all clinical and subclinical eating and body image issues. In addition, we employ the region's only Certified Eating Disorders Registered Dietitian. Treatment can include specialized assessments; individual, family, and group counseling, medication management, nutritional counseling, meal support, and collaboration with higher levels of care. We also offer a cutting edge aftercare program for Weight Loss Surgery patients with nationally recognized bariatric experts. We have treated thousands of individuals with eating disorders since we were established in 2003 and at any given time, at least 50% of our client population struggles with some form of an eating disorder.

Our adolescent partial hospitalization program (PHP) and intensive outpatient program (IOP) are designed to be less restrictive, yet intensive treatment services offered to teens (ages 13-18) experiencing significant and serious mental and/or emotional issues. Usually our patients are struggling with suicidal ideation, past suicide attempts, school refusal, social anxiety, intense anxiety and depression symptoms, ADHD, and other co-occurring mental health disorders that inhibit them from being able to engage effectively in multiple areas of their lives. Our clinicians are LGBTQIA+ affirming and familiar with navigating the challenges of engaging teens in their own mental healthcare.

Old Vineyard Behavioral Health Services, is a private psychiatric hospital located on a beautiful campus in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for referrals and no cost confidential mental health assessments. Old Vineyard specializes in inpatient treatment for adolescents (ages 12-17) and adults. Adult specialty inpatient programs include Dual Diagnosis (SUD), Trauma Recovery, Mood Disorders and Seniors. Outpatient adult programs include Partial Hospitalization (day) and Intensive Outpatient and are available for mental health and those with dual substance use disorder. In March of 2022 we opened an evening virtual Intensive Outpatient program for youth ages 12-17. Located in Raleigh, NC, Green Hill is an academic and career-oriented program that offers transitional living and intensive outpatient (IOP) services. Green Hill provides structured sober living, academic and college admissions counseling, career counseling, experiential and holistic therapy as well as intensive outpatient (IOP) clinical services to young adults who are dealing with substance use disorder and other co-occurring disorders. Green Hill focuses on helping 18-30 year old clients develop the skills needed to maintain healthy sobriety and lead successful lives. Our clients' clinical work is complemented by weekly meetings with our Academic and Career Team who assist with college admissions, academic advising, and career counseling. We serve clients 18 years old and up. We serve primary substance use disorder clients in our intensive outpatient program, as well as in general outpatient counseling, outpatient group therapy, and medication management. We also serve primary mental health clients who are struggling with an array of mental health and/or adjustment issues (grief, self-esteem, life transitions, relationship issues, etc) in a general outpatient capacity. Changing Tides is a treatment center for drug and alcohol addiction located on the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
