Our primary focus is helping children and adolescents ages 5-18 with behavioral and emotional struggles. We use an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) that helps kids return to healthy, stable and productive lives. Our whole-body approach promotes adequate nutrition, sleep, exercise and especially time in the outdoors. Using telehealth, we continue to provide individual therapy for youth and adults, family therapy sessions, intensive programming – including group therapy – and medication management.

Rogers Behavioral Health's St. Paul area clinic offers highly spe­cialized partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient care for adults, adolescents, and children struggling with OCD and anxiety and depression and other mood disorders. Additionally, in Primary Behavioral Health, adults learn to understand their current coping strategies and how these strategies impact their mental health. While building foundational life skills, individuals gain the tools they need to succeed on their mental health journey and live a more fulfilling life. Skill development is guided by evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy strategies that are commonly shared across behavioral activation, exposure and response prevention (ERP), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
