Tru Wellness Center is an integrative, multi-disciplinary clinic offering customized, state of the art treatments with an integrative approach to address acute and chronic pain; including mental health, and substance abuse.

Hazelden Betty Ford, a national nonprofit organization founded in 1949, helps people reclaim their lives from the disease of addiction. Our multidisciplinary teams create personalized treatment plans utilizing proven educational, clinical, and peer-based methods, and our campus offers a safe and supportive environment, free from judgment and stigmatization. Our programs include integrated mental health services for co-occurring mental health issues. Detox is on-site and special programs for opioid addiction with medication assisted treatment also available. Upon completion of residential treatment, an individualized care plan will guide your next steps in healing and lifelong recovery.

Elite Recovery offers Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient (OP) treatment to adult men/male and adult women/female identifying and adult LGBTQIA+ struggling with substance use and mental health issues. Elite Recovery, LLC is offering individual and group treatment services 100% in person. Virtual access will be considered on a case by case basis. Morning program is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9 am-12:35 pm Men's Evening program is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 5-7:35 pm Women's Evening program is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 5:30 - 8:15 Women's Afternoon Program is Monday - Friday 1:30 - 5:05 LGBTQIA+ Program is Monday - Friday 9am-12:35pm Elite Advantage PHP IOP with Lodging 30 Hour Program for Men, 36 beds . Founded in 2011, Catalyst Mental Health was started with the goal of serving clients with mental health issues and concerns that don't fit easily into any single box: clients who either have multiple issues occurring simultaneously or who have complex conditions that don't align well with traditional diagnostic definitions. This includes individuals with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, chemical dependency issues, sexual and gender identity issues, compulsive behavior, autism spectrum disorders, attention or focusing problems, relationship or marital conflict, and much more. Rogers Behavioral Health's Minneapolis area clinic offers highly specialized partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient care for adults, adolescents, and children struggling with OCD and anxiety, depression and other mood disorders, eating disorders, mental health and addiction, and trauma/PTSD. All patients have access to a board-certified psychiatrist and a multidisciplinary team of mental health experts. Rogers Connect Care is a telehealth treatment option offered in IL, MN, TN, and WI.

Our outpatient programs offers a treatment model that allows for individuals to fully experience treatment and incorporate it with their lives, whether working, volunteering, caring for family, or going to school. Our treatment team of licensed addiction counselors also includes mental health professionals so that our clients with co-occurring mental health disorders can get an integrated treatment plan and services.

At Newport Academy, our mission to empower teens and restore families takes into account every aspect of a teen’s well-being—physical, psychological, social, familial, educational, and spiritual. This whole-person philosophy of care seeks to heal childhood trauma and attachment wounds that lie at the root of anxiety, depression, and co-occurring disorders, such as substance abuse, eating disorders, and self-harm. Over 12+ years of industry-leading outcomes, we’ve learned that sustainable healing requires integrated, family-focused treatment that addresses these underlying issues. Our approach provides guidance for authentic connection with self and others through evidence-based clinical, experiential, and academic modalities. VNCenter is a non-profit org dedicated to enabling individuals with multiple disabilities to live productive and fulfilling lives through an approach that addresses the mind, body, & spirit. Our programs include behavioral health services with a focus on substance abuse and supportive housing for people with cognitive disabilities, and we meet the complex needs of individuals with disabilities seeking treatment for drug and alcohol abuse. Our program is designed for: Those who can benefit from a slower-paced, more individually-focused program. People living with disabilities such as brain injury, developmental disability and/or physical disabilities. Individuals dealing with simultaneous mental illnesses. Those who have had difficulty succeeding in traditional SUD treatment programs or those who have relapsed and need a new approach. We treat co-occurring disorders and offer fully integrated mental health services with licensed mental health professionals, & an in-house psychologist and psychiatrist. Situated 20 miles west of Minneapolis, Vinland's main campus encompasses 178 acres of restored prairie land, woods and shoreline in a rural setting located 9 miles west of Wayzata.

PrairieCare provides each individual patient the psychiatric care truly needed with specialized psychiatric services for all ages. Our comprehensive care includes Inpatient Hospitalization focused on safety and stabilization, to address acute health and safety concerns; Residential Services for youth ages 10 to 18, with an average length of stay between two and four months; Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers intensive crisis stabilization, specialized psychiatric assessment, and intensive therapeutic services; Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) offering programming four or five days per week, with psychoeducation and group sessions; and Clinic/Outpatient Clinic Services providing specialized psychotherapy, psychiatry, medication management, and evaluation. We also have Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy services at our Edina and Woodbury locations near Minneapolis, Minnesota.
