Our full continuum of care allows us to provide treatment that meets the needs of each unique young adult—whether they are stepping down from a residential program, require a higher level of care, or are seeking ongoing structure and community through outpatient programming. Newport Institute has residential and outpatient locations around the country, in order to give as many young adults and families as possible access to the treatment they need to thrive. We provide industry-leading residential care, Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and outpatient services with flexible schedules, all accredited by the Joint Commission for Behavioral Healthcare, the nation’s most respected healthcare accreditation body. In addition, Newport Institute offers continuing connection once a patient leaves our care, through virtual sessions providing ongoing support for both teens and parents; and through our robust Alumni program, which keeps former clients connected through online and in-person events and support groups.

Hazelden Betty Ford's Center for Teens, Young Adults and Families in Plymouth, MN is where we've been helping those impacted by the disease of addiction for more than 30 years. Young people between the ages of 12 to 25 find freedom from drugs and alcohol and to restore hope. Our accredited and acclaimed programs are nationally recognized with experts and highly specialized staff to meet the developmental needs of young people. Our innovative COR-12 program is the latest in our evidence-based practices. At our Maple Grove clinic we specialize in evidence-based care for adults as well as treatment for co-occurring mental health conditions.

Founded in 2011, Catalyst Mental Health was started with the goal of serving clients with mental health issues and concerns that don't fit easily into any single box: clients who either have multiple issues occurring simultaneously or who have complex conditions that don't align well with traditional diagnostic definitions. This includes individuals with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, chemical dependency issues, sexual and gender identity issues, compulsive behavior, autism spectrum disorders, attention or focusing problems, relationship or marital conflict, and much more. PrairieCare provides each individual patient the psychiatric care truly needed with specialized psychiatric services for all ages. Our comprehensive care includes Inpatient Hospitalization focused on safety and stabilization, to address acute health and safety concerns; Residential Services for youth ages 10 to 18, with an average length of stay between two and four months; Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers intensive crisis stabilization, specialized psychiatric assessment, and intensive therapeutic services; Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) offering programming four or five days per week, with psychoeducation and group sessions; and Clinic/Outpatient Clinic Services providing specialized psychotherapy, psychiatry, medication management, and evaluation. We also have Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy services at our Edina and Woodbury locations near Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Mindpath College Health provides outpatient mental health care for college and university students, staff, and the surrounding community. We provide a broad spectrum of individual and group therapy, relationship counseling, psychiatric evaluation, and medication management and psychiatry. Mindpath College Health helps patients 18+ with anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, depression, gender and sexual identity, grief, life changes, OCD, relationships, and trauma and PTSD.

The Emily Program offers specialty treatment for eating disorders dedicated to giving all people access to best-practice care and the tools they need for lasting recovery. The Emily Program offers all levels of care, from 24/7 residential care through outpatient services. In-person and virtual treatment options are available. Multidisciplinary treatment teams aim to equip individuals, families, and communities with the skills necessary to continue recovery in the home environment. Care Crossings is an agency that provides Substance Use Services. Our licensed professionals are able to provide flexible scheduling, allowing you to continue with your everyday lives. Rogers Behavioral Health's St. Paul area clinic offers highly spe­cialized partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient care for adults, adolescents, and children struggling with OCD and anxiety and depression and other mood disorders. Additionally, in Primary Behavioral Health, adults learn to understand their current coping strategies and how these strategies impact their mental health. While building foundational life skills, individuals gain the tools they need to succeed on their mental health journey and live a more fulfilling life. Skill development is guided by evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy strategies that are commonly shared across behavioral activation, exposure and response prevention (ERP), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). All patients have access to a board-certified psychiatrist and a multidisciplinary team of mental health experts. Rogers Connect Care is a telehealth treatment option offered in IL, MN, TN, and WI.
