Our services include outpatient substance abuse treatment, clinically integrated and supervised sober living, and outpatient mental health services. Our programs address the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of alcohol and drug addiction allowing individuals to return to work and family as they continue to heal.

Burkwood Treatment Center, located in Hudson, Wisconsin, is a premier provider of addiction treatment for adults age 18 and older. In our addiction treatment programs, adults who have been struggling with substance use disorders can receive focused care from compassionate counselors and benefit from a range of effective therapies. We offer a residential program for clients who are seeking intensive substance use treatment services in a dedicated recovery environment. We also provide an intensive outpatient program (IOP) for adults who need regular, structured addiction treatment but do not require residential care. Each person who receives care in one of our addiction treatment programs has the chance to benefit from individualized support delivered by a committed team of professionals. At the residential level, treatment involves a minimum of 30 hours of programming per week, including a mix of individual and group counseling sessions. Additionally, we offer family therapy at the residential level on an as-needed basis. In our IOP, we provide group sessions three nights a week and offer individual and family therapies.

Our expert team focuses on the physical, spiritual and mental aspects of addiction in order to treat the whole person. At our Maple Grove clinic we specialize in evidence-based care for adults as well as treatment for co-occurring mental health conditions.

Care Crossings is an agency that provides Substance Use Services. Our licensed professionals are able to provide flexible scheduling, allowing you to continue with your everyday lives. Our same-day assessments, as well as flexible treatment schedules, allow individuals and families to receive what they need when they need it. Care Crossings provide intervention, prevention, education, assessment, treatment, and both short and long-term Substance Use Counseling. Young people between the ages of 12 to 25 find freedom from drugs and alcohol and to restore hope. Our accredited and acclaimed programs are nationally recognized with experts and highly specialized staff to meet the developmental needs of young people. Situated on 15 picturesque, wooded acres along the north shore of Medicine Lake in Plymouth, Minnesota, our youth campus provides the ideal setting to begin the journey to recovery. Our unique approach has led to our recognition as a national leader in the treatment of teen alcohol and drug addiction. And our continued commitment to the best evidence-based practices, keeps us ahead of the rest as well as our programs for families. Our innovative COR-12 program is the latest in our evidence-based practices. This program uses medications to help those addicted to pain pills, heroin or other opiates so we can successfully treat young people more successfully.

Located in the foothills of the majestic San Jacinto Mountains in Palm Springs, CA, Michael's House is fully equipped to partner with patients on the journey to recovery. By working with staff specially trained to handle co-occurring disorders, patients take a hands-on approach in the treatment process, which includes 12-step principles, life skills classes and group and individual therapy. Using the Foundations model of integrated treatment, Michael's House provides a stellar clinical program designed to address the complete treatment needs of each individual. When you’ve been suffering from an addiction, taking time away from your regular routines to participate in a residential program can make a positive difference for your recovery. At Burkwood Treatment Center, we strive to set the standard for residential addiction care by delivering a premier rehab program for adults age 18 and older. Our residential rehab program has many unique features that may set it apart from other programs. These include a counselor-to-client ratio of 1-to-8, a dedicated recovery curriculum called the Way of Life System, and staff members who specialize in delivering focused treatment modalities, including Making Alcoholics Anonymous Easier (MAAEZ) and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). In our residential program, adults who have a variety of addictions and co-occurring mental health concerns spend around six weeks receiving personalized care at our facility. Our average length of stay is 39 days, and clients receive customized support to plan for their ongoing recovery needs when residential treatment ends.

The intensive outpatient program (IOP) at Burkwood Treatment Center is a leading addiction treatment service in Hudson, Wisconsin, offering comprehensive support for clients. Our intensive outpatient program serves adults age 18 and older who are struggling with substance use disorders. We offer a variety of effective treatment modalities to promote the success of each person in our IOP, including weekly individual and family therapies and intensive group therapy multiple times a week. Those who participate in our IOP usually remain in treatment for about 12 weeks depending on their needs. During this time, they take part in programming three evenings a week for about three hours each day. IOP services can be ideal for people who need more support than what is available in traditional outpatient therapy but do not need round-the-clock care. An IOP may also be valuable in helping people transition back to daily life after participating in an inpatient or residential program. In Burkwood’s IOP, adults work with a team of qualified and caring counselors to achieve their recovery goals.

Keystone Treatment Center offers residential treatment for adults who are suffering from substance use disorders, gambling addiction, and co-occurring mental health concerns. Our live-in treatment center in Canton, South Dakota, provides gender-specific treatment that is designed to help each patient gain a deeper understanding of how their struggles have impacted their life while also learning ways to cope with their symptoms and manage their behaviors. Over the course of an average stay, which typically lasts 30-90 days, patients participate in a variety of therapeutic interventions that allow them to examine the root cause of what may have led them to become dependent on alcohol, drugs, or gambling, as well as explore how mental health symptoms could be impacting their behaviors. All patients may participate in group, family, individual, and experiential therapies, and they also have access to 24/7 nursing care, medication management services, and medical monitoring throughout their stay.
