Additionally, in Primary Behavioral Health, adults learn to understand their current coping strategies and how these strategies impact their mental health. While building foundational life skills, individuals gain the tools they need to succeed on their mental health journey and live a more fulfilling life. Skill development is guided by evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy strategies that are commonly shared across behavioral activation, exposure and response prevention (ERP), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). All patients have access to a board-certified psychiatrist and a multidisciplinary team of mental health experts. Rogers Connect Care is a telehealth treatment option offered in IL, MN, TN, and WI.

Mindpath College Health provides outpatient mental health care for college and university students, staff, and the surrounding community. We provide a broad spectrum of individual and group therapy, relationship counseling, psychiatric evaluation, and medication management and psychiatry. Mindpath College Health helps patients 18+ with anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, depression, gender and sexual identity, grief, life changes, OCD, relationships, and trauma and PTSD.

We provide a full continuum of care at locations around the country, including residential treatment centers; a full suite of outpatient programming, with Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and outpatient services with a flexible number of days per week; telehealth; and alumni programming. All of our programs have received accreditation from the Joint Commission for Behavioral Healthcare, the nation’s most respected healthcare accreditation body. Our continuing care program provides ongoing support through virtual sessions, and our robust Alumni department keeps former clients connected through online and in-person events and support groups. Whether an adolescent needs a higher level of care, is stepping down from residential care and needs continued structure and community in our Partial Hospitalization Program, or needs several days per week of after-school support through our outpatient services option, our range of programming meets each young person and family where they are.

Our primary focus is helping children and adolescents ages 5-18 with behavioral and emotional struggles. We use an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) that helps kids return to healthy, stable and productive lives. Our whole-body approach promotes adequate nutrition, sleep, exercise and especially time in the outdoors. Using telehealth, we continue to provide individual therapy for youth and adults, family therapy sessions, intensive programming – including group therapy – and medication management.

Welcome to Hazelden Betty Ford's St. Paul, Minnesota campus where our treatment programs provide a community of hope and health. Our services include outpatient substance abuse treatment, clinically integrated and supervised sober living, and outpatient mental health services. Our programs address the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of alcohol and drug addiction allowing individuals to return to work and family as they continue to heal.

Our multidisciplinary teams create personalized treatment plans utilizing proven educational, clinical, and peer-based methods, and our campus offers a safe and supportive environment, free from judgment and stigmatization. Our programs include integrated mental health services for co-occurring mental health issues. Detox is on-site and special programs for opioid addiction with medication assisted treatment also available. VNCenter is a non-profit org dedicated to enabling individuals with multiple disabilities to live productive and fulfilling lives through an approach that addresses the mind, body, & spirit. Our programs include behavioral health services with a focus on substance abuse and supportive housing for people with cognitive disabilities, and we meet the complex needs of individuals with disabilities seeking treatment for drug and alcohol abuse. Our program is designed for: Those who can benefit from a slower-paced, more individually-focused program. People living with disabilities such as brain injury, developmental disability and/or physical disabilities. Individuals dealing with simultaneous mental illnesses. At Newport Academy, our mission to empower teens and restore families takes into account every aspect of a teen’s well-being—physical, psychological, social, familial, educational, and spiritual. This whole-person philosophy of care seeks to heal childhood trauma and attachment wounds that lie at the root of anxiety, depression, and co-occurring disorders, such as substance abuse, eating disorders, and self-harm.
