At StoneCrest Center, we offer an adolescent inpatient program for youths ages 12-17 who have mental health concerns and co-occurring addictions. Because young people are going through developmental changes, we believe that the most effective behavioral healthcare is age-specific. We strive to provide developmentally appropriate treatments and services that meet each young person where they are in their healing journey. During their time in our inpatient program, adolescent patients can participate in therapy sessions led by social workers and activity therapists. In group therapy sessions, youths get the chance to meet their peers and share support and encouragement. In these sessions, they can also receive education on topics such as trauma, coping skills, self-esteem, and healthy boundaries. Additionally, adolescent patients whose treatment plans include medication can receive daily medication management services from psychiatrists and nurses.

Sanford Behavioral Health is a residential and outpatient addiction, mental health, and eating disorder treatment center in Greater Grand Rapids, Michigan. Our newest facility, Sanford West Behavioral Health Campus, is 12 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids in Marne, Michigan. Sanford West is well positioned to treat high acuity patients with an integrated, individualized approach to treatment, Our programs are backed by a psychiatrist-led multi-disciplinary team of medical and clinical professionals, and most of our programs are available in person or via telehealth. Harbor Oaks Hospital provides inpatient treatment for adults age 18 and older who are in crisis. In our inpatient program, we offer round-the-clock care to help those who are battling mental health concerns and substance use disorders stabilize. Patients receive personal attention and 24/7 monitoring in a safe, secure therapeutic environment. Services may include medical care, medication management services, detox services, medication-assisted treatment, and individual, family, group, and experiential therapies. At the end of treatment, we provide patients with detailed aftercare plans that can help them continue making progress toward their goals. Our compassionate team of behavioral health professionals is committed to helping each person improve their overall functioning and make meaningful progress toward their long-term goals. For this reason, we work closely with our patients to determine the program duration that gives them enough time to build a solid foundation for wellness. Generally, people remain in the inpatient program for an average of seven to 10 days.

StoneCrest Center provides premier inpatient programming for adults ages 18-54 and senior adults age 55 and older who are struggling with mental health disorders, developmental concerns, and co-occurring substance use disorders. In our inpatient programming, we offer intensive support for people who have acute symptoms of a number of behavioral health concerns, such as anxiety, bipolar disorder, dementia, psychosis, self-harm, and suicidal ideation. Those who participate in our inpatient programming can benefit from the combined experience of our expert team, which includes psychiatrists, social workers, therapists, registered nurses, activity coordinators, and dietitians. This team works with each patient to design an individualized treatment plan that is based on the patient’s background and therapeutic goals. Treatment plans at StoneCrest Center may include individual and family therapy sessions as needed as well as daily group therapy sessions. We also provide recreational therapies, such as pet, art, and music therapies. The typical length of stay in our adult inpatient program is around 11-14 days.

The Psychological Clinic is a University of Michigan facility that provides a safe, confidential environment in which adults, 18 and older, can get the treatment they need to start enjoying happier lives.
