Its unique setup – one treatment facility surrounded by 10 beautiful, converted townhomes – enables clients to engage in full-time inpatient treatment while separately residing in a warm domestic setting, removing barriers and diminishing any institutionalized feeling. Staffed by skilled, passionate professionals, clients receive round – the – clock care in the most dignified and compassionate manner. Each staff member is 100% invested in the success of each client and contributes to the wonderful, pervasive homelike atmosphere – which consistently fosters openness and healing. Avenues’ mission is to enable individuals with addictions to redefine their lives as they journey through recovery with a dedicated team, individualized tools, and a supportive community.

Longbranch Recovery & Wellness is a residential treatment center that combines counseling with physician-managed care for addiction and co-occurring disorders, providing a holistic, compassionate, and intensive therapeutic approach to recovery. Our treatment protocol offers personalized, evidence-based care, focusing on underlying issues like grief, trauma, and PTSD, with a 6:1 clinician-to-client ratio. Residents will have weekly sessions with our psychologist and our psychiatrist, an expert in addiction treatment and integrative medicine. Our approach also includes multiple weekly meetings with your clinician, peer-group therapy sessions, and regular participation in yoga & meditation. We offer educational sessions led by a diverse group of doctors and clinicians and provide speakers from local recovery support groups. Located within a beautiful 70-acre rural setting on Lake Lafourche, Palmetto's private, tranquil setting promotes a safe and healing environment. The facility amenities include: Separate men's and women's cabins, state-of-the-art fitness center, tennis courts, basketball court, and volleyball court, and a 5,000 sq. ft. pavilion for family therapy, lectures, and conferences. In this working environment, with the guidance of counselors, residents learn to live and solve problems together, accomplishing step-by-step goals. The carefully planned treatment makes the best use of each day, addressing topics and issues essential to recovery. We believe that recovery must occur in three areas: 1. Physical 2. Emotional 3. Everyday life can be overwhelming and there are times when we all need help. The programs at Jefferson Oaks Behavioral Health are designed to assist patients who are seeking more support than routine counseling can provide. To meet these needs, JOBH has developed the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and the Dual Diagnosis Program (DDIOP). Each of our programs provide comprehensive, short term, intensive treatment for levels of severity ranging from a discharge from an inpatient setting to those having difficulty managing ongoing stress, depression, or anxiety. Our patients are afforded the care and attention necessary to recover through group, individual and family therapy. Our goal is to reduce the severity of symptoms and assist the patient in achieving emotional stabilization. Treatment goals are designed to help patients begin to practice the coping skills necessary to return to their lives with a sense of purpose and a feeling of overall wellness.

The Ness Center at Northlake is where healing begins. We are able to provide outpatient opiate and/or alcohol detox for clients that are appropriate for the outpatient setting, should detox be required. We are also a MAT (medication assisted therapy) provider and can prescribe Suboxone and Vivitrol as well as other medications at the discretion of our medical director. We can fill prescriptions onsite and right away. We provide group and individual counseling along with Continuing Care for up to six months. Our program is based on total sobriety and we encourage our clients to attend 12 step groups as well, but it is not required. The IOP requires a commitment of 4 days a week for three hours a day. We offer day group from 10-1 and evening group from 6-9.
