I help people who experience mental health issues, substance use, trauma, or any combination of these issues unlock skills, abilities, and insight into their struggles. I do this by working as a guide to help explore the different threads of their lives that have led them to this moment. We then untangle these threads through different techniques, and hopefully help them find themselves, or come to a better understanding of who they are, what they value, and what they want to do with their future.

Lake House Academy is a therapeutic boarding school for girls ages 10 to 15. Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, our lakefront school provides students with a home-like environment and an optimal setting for healing. As an accredited school through the National Independent Private Schools Association, we follow all academic standards for the State of North Carolina, fully equipping our students for academic success while addressing emotional and behavioral challenges. Lake House Academy has a unique approach to treatment, prioritizing academics without shying away from clinical therapy. Our holistic approach weaves research modalities and emotional and social development with sensory and cognitive processing.

We have one location in Little Rock, AR - serving youth across the nation for Residential Treatment. Youth Home specializes in the treating emotional and behavioral health in youth ages 12 to 17 from a trauma-informed perspective, using a highly successful Intensive Psychiatric Residential Treatment program. Treatment plans are individualized with lengths of stay typically ranging from 3-7 months. This program is staffed 24/7 by a comprehensive team of professionals and is located on our beautiful, open 52 acre campus. Youth Home also offers specialty tracks within our continuum of care which includes Reactive Attachment Disorder, Safe Solutions, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Problems with Alcohol and/or Drugs. Calo Programs offers residential treatment for adolescents and teens that is uniquely focused and specially equipped to treat students and families impacted by traumatic experiences which occurred in the developmental period, such as adoption, chronic stress, and inconsistent care from caregivers. These adolescents struggle to be in healthy relationship with family and peers, experience emotional dysregulation, and often fail to maintain safe behavior in school or at home. With a foundational focus on safety and creating repetitive experiences of co-regulation through relationship, our students begin the journey towards developing a healthy sense of self. This enables them to engage with the resources and relationships that they have previously rejected.

At Evolve, we provide the highest caliber of evidence-based treatment for teens aged 12-17 struggling with dual diagnosis, depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, ADHD, self-harming or high-risk behaviors, suicidality, and other mental health/behavioral issues. Our emphasis on safety and individualized attention are reasons why so many families from all over the country choose Evolve. Our primary therapeutic modalities include Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Teens participate in individual and family therapy at least 5 times a week, weekly psychiatry sessions, and daily groups (on DBT Skills Training, Anger Management, Seeking Safety, and Relapse Prevention), as well as learning coping skills and participating in daily academics. For families from out-of-state, we conduct family therapy remotely. We offer daily experiential activities proven to support recovery (e.g. equine therapy, surf, art, drama, music, yoga, etc.) and 12-Step/SMART Recovery programs for those struggling with dual diagnoses. We offer gender-affirming care for LGBTQ+ and transgender teens.

Here at Crossroads we believe that good mental health is critical to successful and healthy relationships. We believe that healthy relationships are critical to good mental health. STAR Guides is an outdoor therapeutic program designed for youth and young adults who are struggling with problematic sexual behavior. STAR Guides provides families with navigation through these challenges. Regardless of past behaviors, we believe that all youth can learn to achieve healthy sexuality. Research suggests that for many, sexual problematic behavior first begins during the adolescent years. STAR Guides helps youth to deal with these problems while they are still young. Many youth in today's modern world find themselves lost and in need of direction as they attempt to navigate the thick darkness that accompanies sexual behavior problems. Just as the ancient peoples of the world, they are in need of STAR Guides. Based in beautiful St. George, Utah the program provides teens and young adults with a high impact, life-changing therapeutic wilderness experience in the heart of the majestic red rock of the high desert of Southern Utah. STAR Guides is the ideal intervention for individuals needing to learn to manage problematic sexual behaviors that they have been unable to manage previously.

Selah House is committed to providing clinically excellent and Christ-centered care for women and girls (ages 12+) struggling with an eating disorder. Selah's program provides medical monitoring, psychiatric care, individual therapy, family therapy, groups, equine assisted psychotherapy, art therapy, nutritional counseling, spiritual counseling, and more. The common thread that runs through all Selah programs is our love for our clients and their families, and our complete dedication to their healing. We provide a safe place for clients to explore the truth of who they are and who God is without feeling pressured to believe a certain way.

Hopewell Therapeutic Community is a residential, therapeutic farm community serving adults experiencing serious mental illness. Our focus is on serving the "whole person" -body-mind-spirit- in helping each individual experience sustained recovery and healing from their mental illness. Located in northeastern Ohio we serve individuals locally, regionally, and from across the United States. We offer a therapeutic community on a working farm focused upon a values based, holistic treatment model. Our services include group counseling, psycho-educational services, a highly structured daily program, work crew participation, peer support, medication management, psychiatric and nursing services, nutrition support, clinical counseling, art and animal assisted learning (including equine), ecotherapy, sandplay, physical fitness, social work services, and aftercare development.
