Synergy Executive is a 10 bed residential dual diagnosis treatment facility offering a private rehabilitation program for men seeking addiction treatment. This private residential program in Ozark, Missouri provides treatment to men ages 18 and older. Residential treatment ranges from 21 - 30 days, offering 50+ hours of structured, therapeutic activities weekly. Step down care includes partial hospitalization, 5 full days of treatment per week, and IOP services, 3 days per week/3 hour per day. Synergy Executive utilizes a trauma informed, gender specific approach to provide men a full range of effective, holistic therapies aiming to end the addiction cycle. Synergy Executive utilizes a host of treatment modalities built upon evidence-based practices that are proven to be effective. Living Hope Eating Disorder Treatment Center is located in Norman Oklahoma and Bentonville Arkansas. Serving patients in the Oklahoma City Metro Area, NW Arkansas, and from all over the country. Living Hope EDTC, believes that all foods fit, and takes a Health at Every Size approach to eating disorder treatment. We offer different levels of care, Outpatient, Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), and Residential Treatment. At our IOP and PHP programs we are gender inclusive, ages 13+. At our Residential Treatment Center, we are gender inclusive, ages 15+.

Our Medically-Assisted Detox and Residential Program offers 24/7 medically supervised care in an intimate setting to support a safe stabilization from drugs and alcohol. Evolve’s residential treatment center offers compassionate, evidence-based treatment to adolescents ages 12-17 struggling with mental health, substance use, and/or behavioral issues. Many of our teens have been diagnosed with depression, anxiety, trauma, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, ADHD, conduct disorder, self-harming or high-risk behaviors, and suicidal ideation. Our handpicked treatment team consists of board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrists, licensed therapists, on-site nurses, Master’s-level residential counselors and 24-hour support staff. We utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) integrated with experiential therapies (e.g. equine-assisted therapy, mindfulness, surfing, music, art, drama, fitness, yoga and more). Teens participate in individual/family therapy at least five times a week, psychiatry sessions once a week, and daily groups on DBT Skills, Anger Management, Seeking Safety, and Relapse Prevention. For out-of-state families, we conduct family therapy sessions via HIPAA-compliant video conference. We also provide daily academic support to help your adolescent stay on track with school.
