Skyway Behavioral Health offers outpatient therapy, intensive outpatient, and partial hospitalization programming for clients struggling with traumatic stress disorders (PTSD, attachment trauma, complex PTSD) and related symptoms (eating disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and personality disorders.) We offer full fidelity Dialectical Behavior Therapy including individual therapy, DBT skills groups, phone coaching, and a DBT consultation team for our staff. We also offer evidence based trauma treatments including Cognitive Processing Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy Prolonged Exposure, Prolonged Exposure, EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Polyvagal Theory Informed Therapy, and Yoga for Trauma.
