We lead teens ages 13-17 and families to sustainable healing through a continuum of care that includes our Therapeutic Day Program/PHP, Intensive Outpatient Program, and outpatient services. In CFF’s treatment programs, teens begin to build strong relationships, learn and practice healthy coping skills, grow their personal self-worth, and reestablish trust and communication with themselves and their loved ones. Our approach blends behavioral and medical treatment (integrated care) and provides both clinical and experiential modalities (integrative care). Each of our treatment programs encompasses evidence-based and solutions-focused components. Through support groups, clinical therapy, and psychoeducation, we involve the entire family in the healing journey - creating connection, cultivating compassion, igniting hope, and generating lasting change.

TruHealing Gaithersburg (formerly Fresh Start Recovery Center) is committed to helping you achieve and maintain long term recovery. Sussex County Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) is a premier provider of medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for adults age 18 and older. Our outpatient treatment center serves adults who are struggling with addictions to heroin, prescription painkillers, and other opioids. Medication-assisted treatment is a research-backed approach that uses prescription medication and counseling to promote long-term recovery from opioid addictions. At Sussex County CTC, each patient receives a prescription for an FDA-approved medication that has proved effective in treating opioid use disorder. The medications that are available as part of MAT will vary across clinics in our network but may include methadone, buprenorphine, Suboxone, Vivitrol, and Sublocade. At Sussex County CTC, patients receive medication to help relieve the physical symptoms and cravings that can occur during withdrawal from opioids, along with individual and group counseling sessions. Adults who participate in MAT can experience a range of benefits, including better treatment retention, improved social functioning, fewer absences at work, and reduced risk for legal problems.
