Continuum Recovery Services (CRS) at Continuum of Care consists of 4 levels of residential treatment and care for adults ages 18 and up who are challenged with mental health and potentially co-occurring disorders. Clients can access treatment to any of these levels of care and move to a higher or a lower level of care as their needs change. Continuum offers short-term and long-term residential treatment in an intimate personalized setting. Clients live in a home-like setting that provides low stimulation compared to traditional institutional settings. Intensive outpatient & partial hospitalization programming provide multiple hours of clinical services, including individual, group, and family therapy, medical and psychiatric assessment, stabilization and care, medication management, and nutrition/dietary support services, to establish a solid foundation of good habits, behavior modification, self-regulation, self-management, and coping skills. Lift's adolescent & adult IOP & PHP's were crafted through decades of research and practice by nationally-recognized certified eating disorder specialist, seasoned family therapist, adolescent specialist & credentialed school-based mental health expert, Mary Dobson, LMFT, CEDS, in partnership with medical directors Dr. Alyssa Bennett & Dr. Deborah Lipshitz. Founded in 1977, Wellspring is a residential treatment center for adolescent girls and young adult women and gender diverse individuals struggling with mental health and relational issues. Wellspring's Arch Bridge School is a private therapeutic school for grades 7-12. It offers college prep academics with classroom support from mental health clinicians and special education teachers. Wellspring is accredited by The Joint Commission and NEASC, and approved by the departments of Education in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey and New York.

Historically, high success rates within the substance abuse industry depend on three important modalities: 1. GENDER SPECIFIC: The opposite sex can be a distraction and tends to inhibit vulnerability in the male population. In a gender-specific setting men are more inclined to shed their armor and get open and honest. 2. DURATION OF STAY: Length of stay is based on an individual's history, presenting problems, and progress in treatment. We don't keep a client a day too long or discharge a day too early.
