The first IOP we offer is an in-person group for those struggling with mental health diagnoses (Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar, PTSD, etc.). This group meets Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 2:00-5:00 p.m. Each IOP meeting is split into two sessions, each one with one of our licensed psychologists

At Iris Healing Center's Intensive Outpatient Program, we offer a diverse clinical program designed to benefit each of our clients as much as possible. All of our primary therapists are either Doctoral or Masters level educated, and have many years of experience working in the field of Addiction and Mental Health treatment. Additionally, they are all specially trained in Brainspotting - a highly effective clinical modality used for trauma treatment and resolution of trauma symptoms. Our evidence-based groups and sessions, groups like Breathwork, Rock to Recovery, and Guided Meditation are also included in the program at Iris Healing Center.

Ascend’s Adolescent Residential Treatment program is an intensive inpatient mental health program for teens who are struggling with severe mental health challenges. This level of care is optimal for youth who may be experiencing significant impairments in day to day life as a result of their depression, suicidality, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or other challenges. Our residential treatment program is an integral part of our overall treatment programs with the goal of helping improve the lives of the youth of our community. Ascend Behavioral Health is the only place in the Central Valley where teens have the opportunity to be carefully guided through a smooth transition across our continuum of care that includes a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) when they are preparing to step down from inpatient residential treatment. Anchored Tides Recovery is a comprehensive dual-diagnosis enhanced Huntington Beach rehab program designed specifically for women, by women. We offer various levels of addiction treatment services including a Women’s Partial Hospitalization Program, an Intensive Outpatient Program, an Outpatient Program, and an aftercare program. Sagepoint Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program (IOP) is Elk Grove's premier provider of dual diagnosis, evidence-based, and trauma informed services for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. Sagepoint IOP's multidisciplinary treatment program is designed to provide integrated and high quality therapeutic interventions for adults 18+ diagnosed with a substance use disorder or addiction. Through comprehensive assessments, education, intervention, and treatment, Sagepoint IOP provides clients with the skills and tools for managing harmful substance use behaviors, as well as depression, anxiety, emotions, social interactions and other aspects to assist them in their recovery process. Sagepoint IOP provides a structured program in a warm and welcoming setting, where clients can continue to live at home and/or attend to work responsibilities while simultaneously focusing on their treatment. Sagepoint IOP offers an intensive outpatient program (IOP) that includes three hours of treatment, three days per week.

Peninsula Health Center's outpatient programs cater to people who are seeking help with addiction treatment but cannot attend a residential program. Our clients attend treatment around their other responsibilities, such as work and family. Our clients struggle with addiction and a co-occurring disorder. We treat every substance addiction, and usually these addictions are coupled with mental health struggles, such as depression or anxiety.
