Insight Treatment Programs are intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) programs for teens and early young adults (14-19 years of age) suffering from mental health and addiction issues. Acera Health is a residential mental health treatment center that specializes in helping adults struggling with mental health issues. Our clients come to us for help with emotion dysregulation, self-harm behaviors, suicidal ideation, and other behavioral or mental health issues. We offer a comprehensive approach to treatment that incorporates multiple evidence-based practices, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). We treat all mental health and substance use issues at Roots, with a focus on trauma. Whether you're dealing with depression, anxiety, alcoholism or drug abuse, we believe that underneath these issues is unresolved trauma. For many, this trauma may have come as a result of adverse childhood experiences, such as divorce, abuse or neglect, observing violence or being the victim of bullying; while for others, it could be a more recent experience. Medical detoxification is the first part of the rehabilitation process for recovery from addiction. It is often followed by some kind of behavioral therapy, medication and continued support, which is a range of services offered by Pillars Recovery. In some situations, withdrawal from a substance like alcohol and/or benzodiazapines (Xanax, Klonopin) can be life threatening. Our IMS licensed and certified detox facilities are safe environments where highly experienced credentialed health professionals use medications and other techniques to ease the withdrawal process and safely manage the side effects of withdrawal.
