San Fernando Valley DBT is an adherent, comprehensive DBT Program serving teens and adults in the San Fernando Valley and all of California. With more than 20 years of experience, we have a team of skilled, fully trained DBT therapists who offer individual therapy, DBT Groups, couples, and family therapy. Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, or DBT, is a type of behavioral therapy that helps those struggling with emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness and distress tolerance issues.
