3 Levels of Treatment: PHP, IOP & Ongoing Therapy. Recovery Center for the Arts offers 3 Levels of treatment plans designed to empower adult individuals to reclaim their lives, rediscover their inner strengths, and embrace lasting wellness. Level 1: Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) Provides a structured program of outpatient substance abuse and addiction recovery services. Treatment is provided during the day, 5 days a week, for 4 weeks. Inpatient overnight stay not required but supportive living at for men at Garfield House is available for the duration of PHP. Options for women available. Level 2: Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Is an intensive treatment plan that offers therapy and support sessions several times a week, allowing individuals to maintain their daily routines and responsibilities while receiving focused treatment for addiction. In addition, after completing PHP it is recommended that clients continue with IOP. Care coordinators can help ALL genders secure short and long-term supportive housing. Level 3. Ongoing Outpatient Therapy Involves regularly scheduled counseling and therapeutic sessions for ongoing support.

Milestone Recovery offers treatment to individuals who are struggling with substance abuse as well as co-occurring disorders. At Milestone Recovery, we developed our trauma informed program around the belief that in order to provide effective care, we need to understand and acknowledge a persons life experiences. We approach substance abuse and mental health treatment from a biopsychosocial model, meaning we explore the interconnection between a persons biological, psychological, and socio-environmental factors. Our groups were developed using evidence based practices and focus on developing emotional regulation, establishing healthy problem solving skills, altering negative thinking patterns, reducing interpersonal conflict, improving relationships, reducing negative self-talk and increasing feelings of self-worth. Milestone offers weekly individual therapy with our Clinical Therapist, who specializes in trauma therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). We are a 45-120 day in-person or at-home treatment program with licensed providers offering ketamine assisted psychotherapy, group and individual psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, EMDR, psychiatry in a intensive program that has been show to help people break their depression, anxiety, and PTSD. We offer psychiatry consultation as part of the program.

At Sonora Behavioral Health Hospital, we offer inpatient treatment for adults and seniors who are suffering from a mental health concern such as depression, anxiety, or posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). We also serve people who are struggling with an addiction to substances such as alcohol, cocaine, or heroin. Because the goal of inpatient treatment is to help individuals regain a sense of control and safety, most people usually only stay for about six days. During this time, they typically participate in group therapy sessions that address topics related to their goals. These sessions often integrate evidence-based methods such as dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and the 12 Steps of recovery. Depending on their needs, a person’s treatment plan may also include services such as detox, basic medical care, medication management, one-on-one meetings with a social worker, and family education.
