IOP Services provides intensive group therapy to adults. We are the an independent, clinician owned mental health IOP in North Carolina. We do not provide care to individuals whose primary current problem is a substance abuse disorder. There are many options for their care. IOP provides intensive therapy 3 hours per day, 3 days a week. Group therapy is the foundation of IOP. Group has been well established as an effective treatment approach for 80 years. The interpersonal experience of group is supplemented and enriched with instructional material, psychiatric education and a variety of evidenced based approaches. Most clients continue their regular individual therapy schedule while in IOP. Enrollment is not determined by a diagnosis but rather by how problems are interfering in your life. Carolina House offers an intensive outpatient program (IOP) in Raleigh, North Carolina, for people age 17 and older of all genders who are struggling with anorexia, bulimia, and other eating disorders. At our outpatient treatment center, clients can receive care while still fulfilling their daily responsibilities, such as attending school or work. Clients can enter outpatient care directly or transition to treatment from a more intensive level of care. Typically, the duration of our IOP is 30-60 days, and clients participate in three-hour treatment sessions five days a week. We offer a range of diverse services in our IOP, including individual, family, group, and experiential therapies that are led by highly trained eating disorder treatment specialists. Our therapies are informed by dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to meet the unique needs of each person. In group therapy, discussions may cover topics such as nutrition education, healthy coping skills, body image acceptance, and relapse prevention strategies.

Sea Coast Recovery is a day treatment program providing substance abuse treatment to individuals battling an addiction problem. We treat adults, ages 18 and up. Our Mission is to empower individuals through a holistic perspective to develop tools to recover from addiction and the impact it has caused on their lives, through prevention, education, crisis management, and treatment services. Clients will gain an understanding of addiction, develop coping skills, practice mindfulness techniques, and practice coping skills in the community so that they can retrain their brain how to live a fulfilled life.
