"Our Suboxone program is one of Middle Tennessee's most comprehensive approaches to outpatient opiate addiction treatment. Opiate Use Disorder continues to be a major health problem in Tennessee along with the rest of the Nation. Recovery Consulting Service offers assessment, counseling, education and Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) to the residents of Middle Tennessee for this complex but treatable health condition. By working closely with physicians who are certified to prescribe Suboxone and other opioid replacement medications, we are able to provide effective opiate addiction counseling, in an outpatient setting. The medication manages withdrawal and cravings. The counseling focuses on decreasing stress and anxiety while increasing relapse prevention skills, recovery knowledge, and overall emotional wellness. We offer individual sessions as well as small groups of 3 to 5 participants. The sessions take place at our Murfreesboro office or at participating physician's offices in Middle Tennessee. Addiction and co-occurring anxiety are complex health conditions. I understand that. I have been there. However, recovery is achievable and sustainable. From the first phone call to the final session, you will be treated with dignity and respect. Call today."
"JourneyPure Intensive Outpatient Program provides dual diagnosis treatment with a holistic approach, integrating mind, body, and spirit. Staff provide trauma informed care in groups that meet three times a week: an experiential group providing art and music therapy, a recovery-focused group providing education regarding addiction issues, and an emotions processing group that focuses on coping skills in dealing with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and relationships. Our patients also receive a weekly individual session or neurofeedback session with staff therapist, as well as a weekly session with a recovery coach providing direction and resources for ongoing recovery needs. The typical program usually lasts 18 sessions, 3 sessions per week for 6 weeks. Our objective at JourneyPure is to offer support to individuals with various addiction and mental health issues, so they can begin their path to recovery and maintain a healthy life for years to come. "Cumberland Heights is for those who need more. We start with the 12 Steps, yet we go further. A patient's treatment plan includes an assigned counselor and a small, gender-specific group with whom trust becomes natural. We are a nonprofit alcohol and drug treatment center located on the banks of the Cumberland River. The natural beauty of our 177 acre campus, our state of the art facilities and decades of experience provide lasting healing to those suffering from addiction."
"Recovery is hard. It takes courage. It takes commitment. It takes a person wanting to be free. Many of our patients have been in out of recovery programs and rehab facilities. They work for many, but not for all. Buprenorphine (suboxone) treatments help satiate the craving and pain needs for an opiate dependent person without the euphoric highs that cause dangerous or unpredictable behavior. In short, a person on buprenorphine treatments can function well without the side effects of opiates. Managing the treatment will be done in 14 day intervals. You can expect to see your doctor and the addiction counselor twice a month. The core story mapping with Coaching: Life Matters can be scheduled to coincide with these treatments, or separately. You can expect to have 5-7 meetings to complete this portion of the program, which costs nothing to our patients."
