VNCenter is a non-profit org dedicated to enabling individuals with multiple disabilities to live productive and fulfilling lives through an approach that addresses the mind, body, & spirit. Our programs include behavioral health services with a focus on substance abuse and supportive housing for people with cognitive disabilities, and we meet the complex needs of individuals with disabilities seeking treatment for drug and alcohol abuse. Our program is designed for: Those who can benefit from a slower-paced, more individually-focused program. People living with disabilities such as brain injury, developmental disability and/or physical disabilities. Individuals dealing with simultaneous mental illnesses. Those who have had difficulty succeeding in traditional SUD treatment programs or those who have relapsed and need a new approach. We treat co-occurring disorders and offer fully integrated mental health services with licensed mental health professionals, & an in-house psychologist and psychiatrist. Situated 20 miles west of Minneapolis, Vinland's main campus encompasses 178 acres of restored prairie land, woods and shoreline in a rural setting located 9 miles west of Wayzata.

We provide a full continuum of care at locations around the country, including residential treatment centers; a full suite of outpatient programming, with Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and outpatient services with a flexible number of days per week; telehealth; and alumni programming. All of our programs have received accreditation from the Joint Commission for Behavioral Healthcare, the nation’s most respected healthcare accreditation body. Our continuing care program provides ongoing support through virtual sessions, and our robust Alumni department keeps former clients connected through online and in-person events and support groups. Whether an adolescent needs a higher level of care, is stepping down from residential care and needs continued structure and community in our Partial Hospitalization Program, or needs several days per week of after-school support through our outpatient services option, our range of programming meets each young person and family where they are.

Since 2002, MHS has provided intensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy services for individuals with significant difficulties in daily functioning. Many of our clients struggle with severe depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, substance abuse, relationship problems and safety issues that require ongoing monitoring and treatment. Our programs can be an alternative to frequent hospitalizations by providing skills training and support designed to manage emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and crises while remaining safe in the community. Rogers Behavioral Health's Minneapolis area clinic offers highly specialized partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient care for adults, adolescents, and children struggling with OCD and anxiety, depression and other mood disorders, eating disorders, mental health and addiction, and trauma/PTSD. All patients have access to a board-certified psychiatrist and a multidisciplinary team of mental health experts. Rogers Connect Care is a telehealth treatment option offered in IL, MN, TN, and WI.

Located in the heart of the Embarcadero district, Foundations San Francisco offers a comprehensive intensive outpatient program and Partial Hospitalization for addiction and mental health conditions in a convenient urban setting. We provide highly individualized, confidential treatment to help you in your recovery. Our masters-level therapists offer Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapies alongside mindfulness and holistic practices with a flexible schedule. In addition, we offer 12-Step-optional programs where clinical decisions are driven by your unique needs. Participants attend the program for approximately 25 days or around 5 to 8 weeks. Participants attend the program a minimum of 3 days a week up to 5 days a week depending on the level of support needed. The Day IOP runs Monday through Friday 3 hours a day, 12PM –3PM and the Evening IOP runs Monday through Thursday 5PM – 8PM. OP is now available including 1 group and 1 individualize session per week.
