At Youth Care Treatment Center, we understand that adolescents have unique needs when it comes to behavioral health treatment. At our campus, we offer age-appropriate care through our adolescent partial hospitalization program (PHP) in Draper, Utah. We provide treatment for young people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), conduct disorders, and attachment disorders. Adolescents ages 13-18 can participate in our PHP and receive targeted therapeutic interventions for nine hours per day, five days per week. This treatment option is ideal for young people who don’t require round-the-clock residential care but would still benefit from intensive therapies. At Youth Care, we understand that every young person's healing journey is unique. Therefore, we believe in personalizing their treatment plan as much as possible. Every adolescent’s experience is different, but most young people participate in our PHP for four to five months. In our PHP, adolescents can engage in several different therapies, such as individual therapy up to three times a week, family therapy once a week, and daily group therapies.

Elevation Behavioral Health treats a range of mental health conditions and disorders. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based treatment proven to help teens struggling with emotion dysregulation, self-harming behavior, suicidal ideation, and other mental health issues. Evolve’s Comprehensive DBT residential treatment center is the first of its kind in California and one of only a handful in the entire country. Many of our teens struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, borderline personality disorder, addiction or other high-acuity issues. We offer individual therapy (at least 3 times a week), family therapy (2 times a week, with out-of-state families participating remotely), DBT Skills Training Groups (4 times a week), and skills-coaching (24/7). Teens learn how to practice Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, and Interpersonal Effectiveness within a warm, accepting environment. We have one of the highest staff:patient ratios in the nation, serving only six teens at any given time. Our adherence to Comprehensive DBT protocols, trained DBT clinicians, and deep commitment to safety are reasons why thousands of families from all over the country choose Evolve’s DBT treatment center for their teens.  

Evolve Treatment Centers specializes in teens ages 12-17 struggling with dual diagnosis, high-risk/self-harm behaviors, suicidal ideation, and other mental health, substance abuse, or behavioral issues. At Evolve Danville, teens live on-site in a comfortable home for an average of 30-60 days and receive round-the-clock support and treatment. We incorporate multiple evidence-based practices including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Teens participate in individual/family therapy, psychiatry sessions, and daily therapy groups such as DBT Skills Training, Seeking Safety, Relapse Prevention, & Anger Management. For families from out-of-state, we offer family therapy via HIPAA-compliant video conference. Each teen receives an individualized recovery plan that is custom-designed to meet their therapeutic needs, encourage personal growth, and lay the foundation for lifelong recovery. We also integrate daily academic support and experiential therapies (e.g. equine, art, drama, fitness, boxing, cooking, and yoga) into our structured daily schedule.
