Conveniently located in Madison, Wisconsin, Madison West Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) is a premier provider of medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for adults age 18 and older who are struggling with addictions to opioids like fentanyl, heroin, and prescription painkillers. MAT is an evidence-based form of care that combines the use of prescription medications with counseling to provide comprehensive opioid use disorder treatment. The medications used in MAT are approved by the FDA and can help ease the distressing symptoms of opioid withdrawal. Some methadone clinics only offer one type of medication, but at Madison West CTC, our staff can prescribe methadone, buprenorphine, Suboxone, or Vivitrol, depending on the patient’s needs. All patients who receive medication-assisted treatment at our clinic participate in individual and group therapy sessions that can provide them with ongoing support and encouragement as they work toward recovery.

STAR Guides is an outdoor therapeutic program designed for youth and young adults who are struggling with problematic sexual behavior. Research suggests that for many, sexual problematic behavior first begins during the adolescent years. STAR Guides helps youth to deal with these problems while they are still young. Many youth in today's modern world find themselves lost and in need of direction as they attempt to navigate the thick darkness that accompanies sexual behavior problems. Just as the ancient peoples of the world, they are in need of STAR Guides. Based in beautiful St. George, Utah the program provides teens and young adults with a high impact, life-changing therapeutic wilderness experience in the heart of the majestic red rock of the high desert of Southern Utah. STAR Guides is the ideal intervention for individuals needing to learn to manage problematic sexual behaviors that they have been unable to manage previously.

Hazelden Betty Ford's Center for Teens, Young Adults and Families in Plymouth, MN is where we've been helping those impacted by the disease of addiction for more than 30 years. Young people between the ages of 12 to 25 find freedom from drugs and alcohol and to restore hope.
