The Menninger Solutions team helps adults and their families gain the tools to deal with their substance use and co-dependency. More importantly, they walk with each client and family so they may gain the confidence and resources for living their most meaningful life. The intensive outpatient treatment program facilitates establishing healthy recovery and strengthening the important relationships between family members. Clients also work on their relationship with their Higher Power and new 12-step communities.

Sigma Counseling Services provides comprehensive mental health and substance use treatment services. Our goal is to improve access to mental health and substance use treatment, enhance individuals' quality of life, and effect positive changes in our local community. Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is tailored to assess the client’s needs and build a clinical program that supports the individual’s goals. This level of care gives clients the tools and the opportunity for practical application – to build strength and confidence in their sobriety. We offer Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) to treat addiction, mental health, and dual diagnosis. Some clients may be better suited to starting at the PHP level of care and then transitioning to IOP, dependent on the client’s needs and history. We have a variety of individual, group, and family addiction therapy programs customizable to the needs of each individual and their family. Our therapists are licensed, master-level clinicians and trained in various treatment modalities. Our holistic philosophy combines clinical therapies and life-skills programming. We work with most private insurance providers to help offset the majority of the out-of-pocket treatment cost.

Chapter House Counseling Center is a licensed Intensive Outpatient Treatment facility located in a suburb of Dallas, Texas. We provide clinical outpatient services to persons with substance abuse and mental health disorders, with a specialty in chronic relapse. We have been providing intensive outpatient treatment, groups individual and couple therapy in the Greater Dallas area since 1999 for adult clients who both step down from residential programs, from detox, and for primary treatment appropriate for this level of care. Our staff consists of Master's level trained, experienced counselors licensed in the field of addiction. Our IOP is structured to meet 3 times weekly for 8 weeks with focus on understanding addiction as a brain-based illness and to help clients learn to cope with moving from a reactive to a proactive process of recovery. We utilize group, individual, and family therapy to help clients develop the coping skills to prepare clients to engage in long term recovery.
