Oregon Trail Recovery is a long-term transitional living program. We provide PHP and IOP services which are paired with our sober living homes for those seeking recovery from chemical dependency. We serve men and women ages 18 and up for up to 3 months, and ask for a minimum of a three month verbal commitment. We use a variety of evidenced-based modalities of group and individual therapy, as well as adventure excursions.

The Center at Heron Hill is an Ecotherapy experience that utilizes nature and animals as well as a full array of activities in the great outdoors to enhance your experience of personal growth and development. We believe that nature is a missing link in customary treatment plans. STAR Guides is an outdoor therapeutic program designed for youth and young adults who are struggling with problematic sexual behavior. Downtown Portland Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) offers outpatient treatment for adults age 18 and older who are struggling with addictions to opioids. Our CTC is located in Portland, Oregon, and specializes in providing medication-assisted treatment (MAT), which combines the use of prescription medication with counseling. Many methadone clinics only have a single medication option, but we offer a comprehensive range of medications. These include buprenorphine, Vivitrol, and Suboxone, in addition to methadone. When someone abruptly stops opioid use, they may experience distressing symptoms, such as anxiety, muscle aches, nausea, and intense cravings. The medications used in MAT can alleviate these symptoms and help people remain focused on their recovery. In addition to medication, we also provide individual and group counseling sessions, which are led by qualified professionals who can assist you as you work toward recovery from an opioid addiction.

Opal: Food + Body Wisdom is a locally owned eating disorder treatment center in the heart of Seattle's University District. We provide Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient services for people of all genders 18+ with eating disorders and disordered eating. Opal offers mental health counseling, nutrition counseling, family therapy and psychiatric services at all levels of care. We now provide non-clinical, free lodging for our PHP and IOP clients. At Opal clients receive holistic, relational based care that is responsive to research and grounded in a Health at Every Size approach. We are in-network with most major insurance companies.
