"At Providence Living Treatment Center, we offer a full array of treatment modalities with a mind, body and spiritual focus. We conduct a thorough and complete assessment with each client, keeping in mind the risks of early recovery. The recommendations made by the clinical team may include services such as: psychological testing, yoga, various types of psychotherapy, medication evaluation and management, and monitoring, which helps form the blueprint for the course of treatment. Each client is encouraged to participate in this process. Our treatment components foster growth in many areas while introducing the client to individual and interpersonal skill building in a real world setting. We incorporate cognitive behavioral therapies, mindfulness-based stress reduction, spiritual growth and insight and promoting healthy living practices. We aim to address the core issues that bring the client to treatment, while creating customized strategies toward attainable success. We facilitate a 12-Step program for living, as well as evidence-based therapies."
"The multidisciplinary team at our JCAHO accredited substance abuse and co-occurring disorder treatment facility utilizes a series of diverse clinical approaches in facilitating the rehabilitation process. Our attention to the specific needs of the individual as well as the family is what separates Pathway to Hope from other programs. We provide you or your loved one with the individual support that they need to be successful. We meet our clients where they are, rather than plugging each individual into a route treatment protocol. Let us put our experience to work for you."
"The Retreat at Sheppard Pratt is a small residential psychotherapy facility for patients seeking a comprehensive evaluation and intensive treatment experience. The Retreat offers a multi-disciplinary treatment approach to a variety of psychiatric conditions that can be treated safely and effectively in a voluntary, unlocked environment. Individualized treatment involves at least five elements: comprehensive diagnostic assessment, psychopharmacological interventions, individual and group psychotherapy (including psychodynamic psychotherapy and dialectical behavior therapy as well as experiential, expressive and movement therapies), and careful discharge planning and after care. Each patient works individually with a psychiatrist who is an expert psychotherapist, and who leads the patient's individual treatment team. Each patient meets for individual psychotherapy three or more hours a week with his or her psychiatrist, and in addition, has individual sessions with family therapists, clinical social workers, art therapists, recreational therapists, and movement therapists. Psychiatrists are integrated into the group therapy programs on The Retreat, co-leading a variety of the groups, from psychodynamics to psychoeducation. They are not simply consultants, but an integral part of the treatment team, lending their high level of expertise and experience to all levels of the patient's treatment."

"At 1st Step, the primary focus of our drug and alcohol rehab is meeting each individual in the present moment to guide them along their journey of recovery. Making the decision to find help with an alcohol or drug rehab isn't the kind of decision anyone necessarily makes enthusiastically. Some people can experience relief or a sense of freedom in realizing they need help with substance abuse, but many will have complex ideas and feelings about confronting their problems. 1st Step Behavioral Health is dedicated to helping people on an individual basis, discover for themselves the steps they will need to take to achieve a lasting change. If you or your loved one is suffering from addiction, or any co-occurring mental health conditions, we invite you to call today."
