Our goal is to help you discover it. Wings Recovery for Men is a men's only primary mental health treatment program. We offer Residential (RTC), Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) to help treat a wide range of mental health struggles. We specialize in the treatment of trauma, military and first responders. However, we welcome all men who are looking to heal from emotional struggles in a safe men's-only environment. Our team of professionals provide a wide variety of treatment methods aimed to help you feel better and get your life back on track. We provide EMDR, CBT, DBT and other treatment modalities. Our team of doctors and nurses will also help assess for any medication needed and closely monitor your response to them. We provide a combination of individual therapy, group therapy, medication management, exercise therapy, acupuncture and music therapy - to name a few. Montecatini is an outpatient treatment center for adolescent and adult women age 16 and older who are struggling with eating disorders and co-occurring concerns, including addictions and other mental health disorders. Women can access our partial hospitalization program (PHP) as a form of step-down care after residential treatment, or they may enter the PHP directly. Typically, clients remain in our PHP for 30-90 days; however, your precise length of stay will depend on your individual needs. Participants in the PHP usually meet six days per week and may participate in a range of therapies, including evidence-based interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). In our PHP, clients can also meet with medical staff multiple times each week to receive medical care and may also see a psychiatrist once a week for support with medication management. Our robust group therapy offerings include process groups, expressive arts therapy groups, and groups addressing topics such as discharge planning, self-esteem, and body image.

Harmony Grove Recovery provides a peaceful and luxury setting to overcome addiction. We provide detox and inpatient levels of care, providing each client with private bedrooms and bathrooms. With our professional medical and clinical team we treat the whole client offering medications and evidence based therapies. We treat dual diagnosis and co-occurring disorders. Harmony Grove recovery also encourages family members to participate in family sessions to help improve long term sobriety and family dynamics.

Pacific Bay Recovery is Accredited by the Joint Commission. When necessary, the first step we take with our patients is medically-assisted detoxification. Chemical dependency is dangerous and must be broken in a comfortable and positive setting, like Pacific Bay Recovery‘s detox unit. We perform systematic withdrawal, easing the discomfort of withdrawal from whichever substance dependence you suffer from.

UCSD Center for Healthy Eating and Activity Research (CHEAR) offers individualized, unique, and evidence-based programs that integrate neurobiology, cognitive, biological, emotional, social and environmental contributors to treat a variety of eating behaviors. At CHEAR we are developing new cutting-edge treatments that are based on training your brain and your body to resist binge eating and overeating. Our clinical programs utilize neurobiological mechanisms to develop control over eating, including teaching participants to resist eating foods when physically full (resist cravings), to understand and detect hunger and fullness, to pay less attention to food and to train you to physically and psychologically resist unhealthy foods. We also utilize evidence-based treatments including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Family-Based Therapy, and Behavioral Weight Loss. Our caring, experienced professionals are highly trained in the treatment of binge eating disorder and obesity, as well as anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa. Our binge eating and weight loss no-cost research studies for adults and youth are also available.

Insurance covers up to 100 percent of the treatment and therapeutic modalities that Newport Academy offers. We accept all major insurance providers and work collaboratively with payers to optimize coverage for families. Many adolescents who receive treatment from Newport Academy using insurance coverage do so through a Single Case Agreement, a special contract through which out-of-network providers can work with a family’s insurance company on an In-Network basis. Newport Academy maintains a full-time, in-house team dedicated to supporting families through the mental health insurance coverage and financing process. In order to secure sufficient insurance coverage, we will most likely need to conduct a series of clinical reviews and any requested doctor-to-doctor calls with the insurance company. While other facilities may charge for this service, we feel it is our responsibility to assist families with what can be a complex process. Our goal is to ensure that families receive the maximum coverage, so they can access the highest-quality treatment.

We service all adults and offer specialty treatment tracts that addresses the unique needs of seniors, students and chronic pain sufferers. Treatment is provided to only 6 clients at a time to provide highly individualized attention. Unlike most programs that advertise for mental health but are really substance abuse treatment programs, we are proud to be one of the very few double certified true mental health programs in existence.
