At Iris Healing Center's Intensive Outpatient Program, we offer a diverse clinical program designed to benefit each of our clients as much as possible. All of our primary therapists are either Doctoral or Masters level educated, and have many years of experience working in the field of Addiction and Mental Health treatment. Additionally, they are all specially trained in Brainspotting - a highly effective clinical modality used for trauma treatment and resolution of trauma symptoms. Our evidence-based groups and sessions, groups like Breathwork, Rock to Recovery, and Guided Meditation are also included in the program at Iris Healing Center.

The Meadowglade in Moorpark, CA is CARF-accredited and offers comprehensive, evidence-based mental health services through multiple levels of care tailored to your needs, ranging from residential inpatient, providing an oasis of healing set on 24 acres, to our outpatient treatment with full day or half day programming located in our state of art center nearby. The Meadowglade Outpatient Center is easily accessible from locations throughout the Conejo Valley, including nearby Simi Valley, Calabasas, Westlake Village and Thousand Oaks. We customize programming to lead you on to a path to wellness from various conditions ranging from trauma and depression to PTSD and co-occurring disorders, among others. As an integrative and holistic program, we offer programming based on your specific needs. Our comprehensive programs include full-day Partial Hospitalization (PHP), with and without supportive housing, and half-day Intensive Outpatient (IOP), catering to the unique needs of our clients. The immersive full-day PHP with supportive housing allows clients to focus and heal in a setting away from work, school and family. Enjoy complimentary breakfast, lunch and snacks. Ample parking.

We provide intensive outpatient drug and alcohol addiction treatment in a warm, caring and healing environment. Group therapy is offered five days a week with morning and evening sessions. Family therapy as well. Individual therapy is offered by a licensed Clinical Psychologist and staff. We can provide documentation of enrollment and completion as well as UA results for courts. We can also provide court representation for a fee and on-site UA testing. Addiction is a struggle and we're here to help you on the road to lasting recovery. We are located in Santa Clarita just off the Golden State Freeway and minutes from the San Fernando, Antelope and Simi Valleys.
