The clinic offers two levels of outpatient treatment to help adults whose lives have been disrupted by depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and co-occurring addiction. Our partial hospitalization program (PHP) and intensive outpatient program (IOP) each feature a customized array of evidence-based, research-backed services. Adults can step down to these programs after completing residential or inpatient treatment, step up after completing traditional outpatient care or enter directly at the PHP or IOP level. Each adult undergoes a comprehensive assessment prior to admission that allows our team to develop a personalized treatment plan. At the PHP level, that plan may consist of medication management services, basic medical care, individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy and experiential therapies. Adults in the IOP participate in weekly individual therapy and a variety of daily group therapy sessions. All clients who receive care at our outpatient clinic benefit from working in close collaboration with a team of compassionate and dedicated professionals whose sole goal is to help guide them toward better health.

Milestone Recovery offers treatment to individuals who are struggling with substance abuse as well as co-occurring disorders. At Milestone Recovery, we developed our trauma informed program around the belief that in order to provide effective care, we need to understand and acknowledge a persons life experiences. We approach substance abuse and mental health treatment from a biopsychosocial model, meaning we explore the interconnection between a persons biological, psychological, and socio-environmental factors. At Willow House, we are a women's-only treatment program for those who are struggling with intimacy or relationship issues in the areas of love and sex. We aim to support women in finding and treating the root cause of unwanted behaviors, usually stemming from developmental years or trauma. We provide specialized treatment to resolve core wounds and end the unhealthy relationship patterns, whether they stem from love addiction, sexual compulsivity, sexual anorexia, or other resulting behaviors, as well as other co-occurring issues such as drug and alcohol addiction, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, or any other behavioral problems.
