Our residential treatment programs call 150-acres in the majestic mountains of Central Pennsylvania home. We have provided men, women and adolescents with life-changing addiction treatment since 1999.

At Elkton Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC), we offer medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for adults age 18 and older who are suffering from addictions to heroin, fentanyl, prescription painkillers, and other opioids. While some methadone clinics just provide medication to help people stop opioid use, our CTC offers methadone and counseling services to promote lasting recovery. Methadone is an FDA-approved prescription medication that can alleviate the painful withdrawal symptoms people may experience when they quit using opioids. The therapy component of MAT can give patients the chance to address the emotional aspects of recovery. By receiving medication and therapy as part of MAT, patients can improve their functioning, avoid relapse, and achieve lasting recovery from opioid addictions. We offer MAT as a flexible outpatient service, so people can receive treatment while continuing with their daily schedules.

Maryville operates two residential addiction treatment facilities. The Williamstown Campus serves men and women in separate quarters with gender-specific programming, and is located on 40 wooded acres in rural Gloucester County. Maryville at Post House serves men and is located in Pemberton, in rural Burlington County. Both locations offer medically monitored withdrawal management (detox) and short-term treatment, with Maryville at Post House also offers a long-term treatment program. All levels of care include holistic, evidence-based treatment approaches that have helped bring hope, health and healing to thousands of people who have successfully engaged in long-term recovery.

At Providence Treatment, we offer a full array of treatment modalities with a mind, body and spiritual focus. We conduct a thorough and complete assessment with each client, keeping in mind the risks of early recovery. The recommendations made by the clinical team may include services such as: psychological testing, yoga, various types of psychotherapy, medication evaluation and management, and monitoring, which helps form the blueprint for the course of treatment. Each client is encouraged to participate in this process. Our treatment components foster growth in many areas while introducing the client to individual and interpersonal skill building in a real world setting. We incorporate cognitive behavioral therapies, mindfulness-based stress reduction, spiritual growth and insight and promoting healthy living practices. We aim to address the core issues that bring the client to treatment, while creating customized strategies toward attainable success. We facilitate a 12-Step program for living, as well as evidence-based therapies.

Evolve Ojai offers premier mental health, substance use, and dual diagnosis treatment for children and teens ages 12-17 struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harming/high-risk behaviors, addiction, suicidality, ADHD, Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder, and other emotional/behavioral issues. At Evolve, we cater exclusively to adolescents. Our treatment team includes a board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrist, licensed therapists, on-site nurses, counselors and 24-hour support staff. We focus on what we do best: creating a safe, supportive, warm home environment for kids and teens to stabilize and learn practical ways to improve their emotional health. It’s research-proven that kids and teens have specific clinical needs that differ from other age groups. A specialty program like ours can be a safer, higher-quality experience for your child than other programs which also include adults. Tucked away on a private, 30-acre campus, our residential treatment program for adult males provides the perfect setting for a transformative recovery experience and a sense of belonging. We offer highly individualized treatment to meet each client’s needs. At the heart of our 25-bed program is a team of licensed and experienced clinical professionals who offer each resident at Silvermist a unique, person-focused plan for recovery from both addiction and mental health disorders. Silvermist’s programs will address the complexities of drug addiction, alcohol addiction, mental health disorders as well as co-occurring disorders.

We lead teens ages 13-17 and families to sustainable healing through a continuum of care that includes our Therapeutic Day Program/PHP, Intensive Outpatient Program, and outpatient services. In CFF’s treatment programs, teens begin to build strong relationships, learn and practice healthy coping skills, grow their personal self-worth, and reestablish trust and communication with themselves and their loved ones. Our approach blends behavioral and medical treatment (integrated care) and provides both clinical and experiential modalities (integrative care). Each of our treatment programs encompasses evidence-based and solutions-focused components. Through support groups, clinical therapy, and psychoeducation, we involve the entire family in the healing journey - creating connection, cultivating compassion, igniting hope, and generating lasting change.
