The Hull Institute has specialized in the treatment of eating disorders for over 20 years. We are a private outpatient practice working with individuals of all ages (8-80) and backgrounds with disordered eating or an eating disorder. We have 12 therapists and 5 dietitians, all specially trained in helping people recover from an eating disorder. People who come to us often also have anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, trauma and/or addictions. We will treat all of them together.

At Mount Carmel Behavioral Health, we provide clinically excellent inpatient treatment for adults age 18 and older who are suffering from mental health disorders and co-occurring addictions. The inpatient program, which lasts an average of five to seven days, is a short-term program that can help people stabilize and learn techniques for managing disruptive symptoms. This outcomes-driven program is designed to give patients the opportunity to develop the skills they need to return home or successfully transition to a lower level of care. In a safe and secure environment, individuals who are struggling with acute concerns can receive 24/7 monitoring from an attentive team of experts. Depending on each person’s unique needs, they may participate in a range of evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy. Mount Carmel Behavioral Health is a premier provider of outpatient services for adults age 18 and older. In our intensive outpatient program (IOP), we help individuals who are living with moderate symptoms of behavioral health concerns learn the skills they need to achieve a better quality of life. We treat a variety of mental health disorders as well as co-occurring substance use disorders. Patients may begin treatment at the IOP level or step down to the program from a higher level of care, such as inpatient or residential programming. The IOP can be an ideal option for those who do not require round-the-clock care but may benefit from structured, professional mental healthcare services. Patients in the IOP attend programming three days a week for three hours each day. The flexible schedule of an IOP can make it a desirable option for people who need to continue fulfilling their daily commitments while also receiving treatment. Patients can participate in our IOP for up to 10 weeks, during which time they can learn to manage disruptive symptoms in a productive manner and make strides toward lasting healing.
