A Better Tomorrow Counseling Services utilizes a wide spectrum of traditional and holistic therapeutic techniques. Some therapeutic techniques employed by staff are Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Hypnotherapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and Parent Child Interaction therapy (PCIT).
