Insurance covers up to 100 percent of the treatment and therapeutic modalities that Newport Academy offers. We accept all major insurance providers and work collaboratively with payers to optimize coverage for families. Many adolescents who receive treatment from Newport Academy using insurance coverage do so through a Single Case Agreement, a special contract through which out-of-network providers can work with a family’s insurance company on an In-Network basis. Newport Academy maintains a full-time, in-house team dedicated to supporting families through the mental health insurance coverage and financing process. In order to secure sufficient insurance coverage, we will most likely need to conduct a series of clinical reviews and any requested doctor-to-doctor calls with the insurance company. While other facilities may charge for this service, we feel it is our responsibility to assist families with what can be a complex process. Our goal is to ensure that families receive the maximum coverage, so they can access the highest-quality treatment.

Evolve Treatment Centers supports adolescents ages 12-17 struggling with mental health, addiction, and/or behavioral issues. Evolve Vanalden is a Comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Residential Treatment Center: the first of its kind in California and one of only a handful in the country. DBT is an evidence-based treatment that has been proven to help reduce emotion dysregulation, self-harming behavior, and/or suicidal ideation. Zion Hills Academy, a nonprofit (501C3) Residential Treatment Center in Southern Utah, specializes in treating teen girls experiencing Reactive Attachment Disorder. Licensed by the State of Utah, Zion Hills utilizes state-of-the-art, research based and proven clinical methods such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Experiential Therapy, and Equine Therapy to help teen girls overcome their difficulties and learn to bond with their families.
