Boys and girls are treated and housed separately to eliminate drama and distraction. This program provides comprehensive, evidence-based care for teens experiencing a range of behavioral healthcare issues, including substance use disorders, anxiety, OCD, depression, mood disorders, and suicidality. Programming is trauma-informed to create a safe and supportive atmosphere where teens can feel open and comfortable engaging in treatment and focusing on their care without distractions. Northwest College Support exists to help young adults ages 18 60 26 transitioning from treatment programs, wilderness programs, and leaving their home environment. We are a caring and supportive team of dedicated professionals helping young adults find their path to success in college, vocation, high school completion and living independence. Based out of beautiful Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, Northwest College Support provides a wide range of supportive services to help students meet their potential as they attend college. The range of services provided is widely variable based on each student's needs and goals. Healthy Living Residential Program providing and maintaining adult residential alcohol/drug abuse recovery and treatment services for men and women. We are JCAHO accredited and licensed by DHCS of State of California. We also offer Medically- Managed Residential Detoxification services ( Incidental Medical Services ) which consists of 6 essential parts: Obtaining Medical Histories; Monitoring health status to determine whether the health status warrants transfer of resident in order to receive urgent or emergency care; Testing associated with detoxification from alcohol or drugs;Providing alcoholism or drug abuse recovery or treatment services; Overseeing resident self-administered medications; Treating substance abuse disorders including detoxification.

PCH Treatment Center stands out with its evidence-based approach to treating Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), featuring one of the few specialized residential programs in the country. Our dedicated OCD Treatment Program includes Cognitive Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and OCD-specific group therapies, supported by medication management, when appropriate. Our specialized staff of doctoral and master's level therapists are experts in OCD and anxiety-related issues, providing clients with a range of resources and treatments, including psychodynamic therapies, up to 100 weekly groups, and participation in the PCH Family Program. ‍ ‍Recognizing OCD as a serious neuropsychiatric condition, our treatment is highly individualized, addressing each client's specific symptoms and their impact on daily life. Our core OCD program relies on ERP, the gold standard treatment, supplemented with Cognitive Therapy and pharmacological management as needed. The Westwood Institute for Anxiety Disorders, Inc. was founded in response to the lack of expertise and successful treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). In 1994, upon completing her training with Dr. Edna Foa, an internationally renowned authority on the psychopathology and treatment of anxiety, Dr. Gorbis was granted the use of Dr. Foa's intensive method involving prolonged and repeated exposures and response prevention (ERP) for treating OCD. Dr. Gorbis had much success treating patients at the UCLA OCD Outpatient Program with the intensive ERP method, and many patients suffering from OCD came from around the world to seek this treatment for their debilitating condition. In 1996, Dr. Gorbis began working with Dr. Jeffrey Schwartz, and continued treating OCD patients using mindful awareness training and the 4-step method. Dr. Gorbis later integrated part of the 4-step method and mindful awareness training with the intensive ERP method in her attempt to improve treatment outcome.
